I have always struggled with weight. I have been so busy working, going to school, being a wife and mother that I never took anytime for myself. I have smoked cigarettes most of my adult life (minus quitting when pregnant). I am the person that ate McDonald's 4 times a day just to try to win the monopoly game. I am the mom that said "I have no time to work out!" or "We cannot afford to eat healthy!” When my daughter was born I was at my highest weight of 226lbs. After she was born, I only dropped roughly 30lbs, but was still so out of shape and unhealthy. My bosses even created a "No eating at desk" policy because I would sit all day and eat at my desk. I became a stay at home mom when my daughter was born but continued to do odd jobs from home to make a living. My turning point was when I could not keep up with my daily activities. My husband has always been a healthy guy and when I noticed us eating out all the time because I wanted junk and he wanted healthy I started to see a problem. I became very tired and slept most of my days away. After my daughter was born I started smoking again. I would smoke a pack of cigarettes a day. All I was doing was eating, sleeping, and smoking. I was depressed and overwhelmed. One day I noticed my son was overweight and becoming lazy as well. I decided I needed to change. After a couple unsuccessful fad diets and quick loss pills, I realized that I needed to start workout program along with healthy diet. At that time I knew it was time to change. The very first thing I did was lose my excuses. -I don't have time -I cannot afford to eat right -Diet pills work best -Exercising doesn't work After that I took on the most extreme workout regimen there is today. Everyone is different, but for me I needed to show myself I could do it. Going to a gym was not going to work for me. So I was referred to Crossfit. I started in June 2014 at Triple D Crossfit in Port Saint Lucie. Because I have never lifted weights or worked out I started the Bootcamp program. I will be going into my 6 month there and the goals I have achieved are amazing! I am currently in my 7th month at this Crossfit. I have increased my muscle mass by almost 15% and lowered my body fat by 10%, I quit smoking and am on my way to competing this year. Along with huge body changes, my endurance and strength develops daily. Without the support of this Crossfit and the phenomenal coaches I would never have been able to continue. Overall, this step in the right direction for me has been a life CHANGING experience. . I would recommend this place hands down over any other fitness program around! If I could do it anyone can!

Joining the CrossFit Triple D family has been one of the best decisions I've made since moving to Florida. I've been going for a year now and I have noticed a huge difference in my life. I'm happier, more confident, and have more energy. The coaches and members are great. It's like a big family. After a long day at work, it's invigorating to work out with friends. What's better than working on your dream body while laughing with friends? I encourage everyone, no matter what age or fitness level to give it a try :)

I have had Rob as my trainer for over 2 years. When I started Crossfit I barely made 200meters without passing out. Now 2 miles and I barely break a sweat. They want results from you, more than your money. So the rates are great and support is awesome! Imagine 2yrs of workouts and not a single one of them the same. Beautiful muscle confusion! If worried you can't do something, don't worry. they will alter the wod for you to work you up to that. BTW, I live in Delray Beach now and still come here. That should say enough, there. :)

I love, love, love it here! I've been here for almost a year and I wake up every morning looking forward to the workout. The workouts change everyday so you're never bored and it's always a challenge! I've lost almost 40lbs and 40 inches and I'm a lot stronger than I was when I first started. It has become a part of my life :-)

I have been a member at Crossfit Triple D for 8+ months and there is nothing negative to speak of. The members are alot of fun to work with and the coaches are very close by to tweak your movements, encourage you and guide you to better form and results. I am leaner where I need to be, bigger where I need to be, able to jump higher, lift heavier and never felt better or healthier. The coaches are also well versed in nutrition, supplements and technique. Can't wait until tomorrows WOD!

I have been with Crossfit Triple D for over a year and it is a great Crossfit facility. The trainers are awesome, the gym has everything you need and you will get in the best shape of your life. You can't go wrong with Triple D!

CrossFit Triple D has helped me tremendously. I have gained strength and energy. You never get bored working out because you never do the exact same workout twice. The coaches are ready to help you any time. It's a fun atmosphere with everyone encouraging each other.

Started going to Crossfit Triple D a couple of months ago and it was one of the best decisions I ever made. I never enjoyed working out as much as I do now and the coaches are awesome. Always pushing you to do your best.
