So proud of you for sharing this! My sister has this phobia and has only been sick once in her 30 years after drinking too much (and now doesn't drink at all!). One time someone was ill on her when travelling on the train and it was the worst thing for her, so I can imagine how you're feeling. Hypnotherapy would be a good idea to explore! x
