Here's what we came up with to re-use Ocean plastic. We gathered up a whole bunch and then -- since it has been weathered by the Ocean -- we used it for terrain pieces for our table top games.

Have been working on re-using plastic when we build models for table top games. Seems that more and more, plastic headed for the recycle bin and all of the processing required can instead be directly reused. Here we used the top of a cleaning fluid bottle to make a laser turret for game playing :)

Hi everyone, created a bit of a scenery hack -- turned a 409 cleaning fluid bottle's top portion into a laser turret. Planning to use this (and will make more) for battle tech sessions as a nice turret!

Hi everyone, here is a quick update after our first official campaign session using the Heroscapes tiles. Certainly can see that having specific Battletech 3D printed terrain would be great. (The Heroscapes can be a little bit tricky to get apart). That being said, it was a lot of fun to play with these where we could so quickly have a unique terrain set-up for the day!

Here is a quick write-up of our humble efforts to make terrain more fun. Pretty sure what we are working on is a compilation of smart ideas others have already had - but must say that one way or the other adding a 3D effect to our terrain makes our sessions more fun every time!
