Realize I misread your question. On this steak I used the following:
Olive oil, Lea & Perrins (lots), crushed garlic (lots), chilli powder, pepper, oregano (or greek seasoning), seasoning salt, tiny shot of lemon juice, chopped green onions.
I mixed it into a thin paste and marinated the steaks for a few hours flipping occasionally. I seared them in a frying pan until the edges were crispy and then put them in the oven with all the drippinsg on top until they were ready. I may have overcooked them a tad because it's a little more cooked than I usually prefer but I have just started trying to finish them in the oven. Either way, very tasty.
