I am going to flash the newest build for my LG G3 US990. I am going to wipe everything on my phone and start new. What Gapps do I need? One that when I sign in to google, it will restore all my apps for me, or do I just need to use titanium backup?

I just went through this process myself (for the first time) of flashing and restoring with Titanium.

Some pointers that I can give--

*Do use Titanium to backup everything, but also use another app to backup your call logs and text messages (I use "SMS Backup And Restore"). When I used Titanium to try to restore these, it would sometimes hang, and, when it didn't, it wouldn't restore the items to the correct contact.
*After you flash the new ROM and GAPPS, get online and log in to your Google account to let Google re-download all your apps.
*Then use Titanium to restore the apps (just the apps, not the data yet) of whatever you want that Google didn't install.
*Then use Titanium to restore the data for all the apps (except for your call log and text messages).
*Then use the app you used to backup SMS/Call Logs to restore them.
*Finally, I noticed that any app that needed to perform push notifications--for example, Authenticator apps--would need to be uninstalled and reinstalled manually in order for the push notifications to work properly. Not sure why that was, as the permissions were set properly before the manual install. But doing them manually fixed that issue for me.

Some of these themes are pretty bad ass. Any way any one can do a star wars, or dr who, maybe even a gremlins theme?

I'm sure this has already been asked, but when I go to install the newest weekly, do I have to completely reformat my phone, or just certain things, or do I just flash the zip?

A recovery factory reset is only needed if you are coming from a different ROM. But if you don't do a wipe, don't bother posting bugs or issues until you duplicate on a clean install.

Phew, I fixed it. My dumb ass accidentally used Flashify to do it. Reset my phone and used TWRP and now it's working. On another note, the rom i had before, gave me a secure booting error, error code 1003. The phone boots up fine, but after about a minute, minute and a half. Anyway I can get rid of that?
