Our adventure at Next Restaurant.

My favorite was the lobster paired with that beer.

Thanks to +Michelle Grey for trying so hard to get tickets!

Welcome to The Thing System! Your life and your house went from one computer to an Internet of things. From tablets to lightbulbs, from sensors to media boxes, everybody gets their own Internet. Today, you have to fight your things. They don't talk to each other, the apps don't work, it's a tower of babel. Our solution is open source.

Story
Tagline
SVP/C-Level Technologist, Homebrewer, Foodie, Amateur Photog
Introduction
I'm a developer and application architect with over 20 years of web/interactive experience. I've been developing with interactive tools since the early 90's and programming since '84 (when I was 7.)

I have a wife, son, and daughter, and we live in a quiet corner of Minneapolis, MN.

I enjoy hiking, and have done so near and far - from the north woods of Minnesota, to Alaska, Australia, Fiji, and Tahiti. Along the way, I'm often carrying a camera - I like to shoot landscapes mostly.

One of the top 3 coffee shops in the twin cities. They have high quality beans, high quality equipment, and they take their time. Not a huge amount of seating inside though.
