Ntombi shared a bad experience at Bree Taxi Rank

I take a taxi from bree to randburg every morning and there are never enough taxies. the queues are always long and the queue marshals just have no order or control what so ever. i get to work late especially on mondays because of this. this sucks big time.

Movement shared a bad experience at Telkom-Randburg Square

Failing to perform a swim swap which requires me to drive 401 km to and from Kimberly. Based in Upington hence there is no shop, once referred to Pep BT they sad they can't . Telkom must STOP selling their products in areas where they don't have Telkom Direct Shops. The consultants are very rude, with different information as if they don't work from the same company. You ask for a supervisor they will never give you , holding for more than an hour for query, Telkom is really BAD

Peter Coleman bad experience at Jay Gogo Cellphone acceseries -China mall
Very Bad, Glass screen protector fell off after 2 days. Paid R120, Went back to the shop,refused to offer a new one as screen protectors do not have warranties. the glue on the screen was weak ....

Claudine at Spur-Kolonnade Shopping Centre.
I have taken my son to spur today for his birthday and we had waited over an hour for our meals, at 1st I was very reluctant to go that branch and then my son was hungry so I thought I should give it a try, I'm so disgusted with the behaviour , a man I a white coat kept cumin to all the customers around us asking if their meals are fine and are they okay, but not once he came to us, we had to cancel our orders as we lost our appetites, other customers came after us and they had received their meals and even left , bit we still waited, i am a hugh fan of spur but it will be the last that I will ever go back to that branch .REALLY AN UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

I was at Evaton Mall on the 29 August 2017,at 16:22 to make a lay-by. I was told that the minimum deposit to be paid on that is R20.00, I gave the cashier by the name known to the manager R200.00 and ask her to take R50.00 which was the deposit. She gave me two receipts to sign, one was given to me and the other was left behind with the items bought. I asked her how does the cell phone lay-by works, she explained to me and she also asked me whether do I have the rewards card and I told her no I don't, I asked her to give me one of which she did. I then left the counter forgetting to ask for my change of R150.00 from her, I went to the cell phone display cabinet, chat with one client about the Sumsung Grand Prime that I liked in there, I then bid both cashiers good bye and left the shop. on my way passed Pep Stores, I then remembered that I didn't get my change back. I went straight back to the shop, confronted Mahlodi about my money, she asked me how much did I gave her and how much was my deposit towards the lay-by and she gave me my R150.00. I was angry, I asked her how can she have the guts to let me leave the counter without my change, the time I took at the cell phone display cabinet and to leave the shop without calling me to get my change while she was aware that I forgot it. She should have gave me my change together with the receipt. To my surprise she gave it to me but I m worried about other customers that might come across this situation and be not sure whether the lost the money or be afraid to complain as we don't think as one. I was expecting her to unwind the till roll, check the money as to check whether they balance but she just gave me my R150-00. I have to this shop many times but buying on cash, so y plea is that such situations should not be allowed as they degrade the reputation of the company.

Bridget is not happy with Telkom South gate Mall

Aztec router when down 5/8/2017...called Telkom was told to go to the store... When to Southgate was sold a new router, bought the new router (old router still under warranty ) was then told that he will receive a call on the following Tuesday 8/8...left the country on the 6/8...I left the invoice and the Aztec router with my mom in law as he was told he will receive a refund...no call till date...I messaged my son and told me he was not contacted I should take it in. Went I got there they said they don't do refunds but I should get a ref. no. so they can send in the Aztec router for repairs or replacement...hello what I'm I gonna do with two routers...the representative is GD0 that sold the router and made the promise to call...I was told to call the call centre to get a ref so that the Aztec can be sent in...I called spoke to Sisanda she said the information was incorrect...the Aztec routers when down on Sunday and the technicians were working on it...I'm on D-Link so how will they work on my problem..asked to speak to the manager...she doesn't know him/her. .not assigned to a team leader....what appalling service...nobody take ownership...all kinds of avoidance tactics were used....I then tried to call Southgate was engaged at first then just rang and rang...time of my call about 15:15 was on the call for 35:35mins on the 24/8...not ayoba

XolaniSimo's bad experience at ABSA - Branch-Fourways Mall

Hi I went to the bank to have me personal loan and as I was been assisted there was and error which came from Vodacom's side saying I owe them R4445, however took it up with Vodacom and they gave me a letter stating that I do not owe them. I forwarded it back to the consultant and I am still waiting like people in CPT waiting for rain. There is absolutely no interest of following up from this branch at all...I am definitely not impressed and disappointed. So I just though I should just leave this info right here. Use it, don't use it just know that if nothing is done here bad service will improve to being worse.

Tidimalo is not happy with Telkom Westgate

They never answer the landline! I have called early in the morning and midday on numerous occasions and there is no response. They have no waiting time. I stood in the line for more than an hour before I was helped. The staff is too relaxed and so nonchalant. Appalling service!
