TL;DR Be warned; their warm smiles belie their shoddy work. To echo many of the 5-star ratings you'll see on Google: yes there was always service with a smile. If all I cared about was friendly service, smiles, and good vibes, then Hannum's Media is the place to be. If you care about the QUALITY of the service, then you may find that all the smiles are null and void. After the initial purchase of my Triumph (back when they represented Triumph) the quality of service I received was horrible at best. After the purchase, I was delivered a motorcycle that was (A) missing a turn signal bulb and (B) had brake fluid all over the rear caliper with a loose bleeder valve... so... it was both incapable of passing state inspection and was unsafe to operate unless my plans were to do anything but attempt to slow down. To their credit, these issues were resolved swiftly but still begs the question "How can you allow a brand new vehicle to roll off the curb like that?" Especially after paying a vehicle set-up fee. Next issue arose after they had my bike for warranty suspension work. My motorcycle was returned to be with the front axle improperly secured to the fork. Come on fellas; these are all first-week MMI mistakes. I have tried tirelessly to maintain a good relationship with Hannum's up until this point since they were the closest Triumph dealer to me. I sent the general manager a message with photos a month ago and to this day, I am yet to receive a reply. I'm not surprised in the least bit since they are no longer a Triumph dealer so I guess that absolves them of any responsibilities. It must be nice to not hold yourselves accountable.

My first experience with Manayunk Triumph was, indeed, a pleasurable one. I brought my D675R in for its 6k service and they were incredibly thorough, explained all the items to be checked, and explained all work that was done and why. They also had my work completed in the realistic timeframe promised. Unlike some other places I've been, Vince and Jake at Manayunk Triumph made my satisfaction and safety their priority. From the moment I first walked through the door, I was treated with courtesy and respect. What more could you ask for? Thank you for your service and for being excellent representatives of Triumph. Your next case of PBR is on me!
