One of the most common questions #veterans  ask our law firm is “how do I get a 100 percent #VeteransAdministration   disability rating?” There is no silver bullet to obtaining a 100 percent VA disability rating. You are going to have to submit evidence to prove that you are entitled to a 100 percent VA #disability rating. Don’t assume the Veterans Administration is going to comb through your medical records thoroughly and instantly give you a 100 percent rating. Too many veterans who should be receiving 100 percent VA #disability   end up being denied.

Therefore, as the cost of good increases, so should your government disability payments.

Total Disability Individual Unemployability (TDIU) benefits are for veterans who can no longer work due to mental or physical service-connected impairments. Veterans can apply for TDIU benefits years after they left the service. TDIU disability benefits can help disabled veterans have their peace of mind back.
