I know it's just a branded caddy for your own cable, but I wonder how much it would cost in materials to print one of these for my desk? Because it's as close as I'm gonna get to my own Tesla for a while.

(scroll past the sales pitch for a finished product to download the 3-D files for free)

Seems promising!
Preview of my new Add-On for Google Docs. Text Cleaner basically turns selected text with all sorts of annoying formatting (usually copied from outside the document, e.g. wikipedia) into nicely formatted paragraphs and headings that adopt the document's styles. It does this while allowing italics, bold and underlining to be preserved.

TL;DR: "clear formatting" to the next level.

Just waiting for google to approve (they take weeks!)

I am starting to enjoy Google Keep. I use the same credentials as I do for all my other campus Google stuff, and I feel like since it's a Google product they're less likely to get acq-hired and shut down, or suddenly implement a paid plan.

I mean, I haven't forgotten about Reader, and I hope this doesn't go that route - but until it does, these new features will probably only make me use it more.

Save you a click: Night Shift (warmer light in the evening) and Low Power Mode (battery saver) will officially work together in the next iOS 9 release. You don't have to choose and don't have to come up with a workaround.

The Qualtrics certification workshop I'm enrolled in is walking us through building an affectionate tribute to The Oregon Trail. Please try mine!

HINTS: Don't try to hunt in the sky, and try floating across the river.

Sir Ken is a very enjoyable speaker. Awesome get for Miami's commencement.

There is a competitor/successor to f.lux on iOS quietly chugging away on Github. Similar side-load-using-Xcode instructions but apparently has some other features including 3D Touch support!

Been using f.lux for a week now with the new phone, going to sideload this as soon as I get a chance this weekend.
