3Dprinting material selection can be time-consuming and a bit nerve racking if you do not know and understand the ins and outs of printing material profiles. Review a break down each of the materials, from PLA to PET HERE: http://hubs.ly/H0122mS0 #3dprinting #additivemanufacturing
Having multiple 3D printing materials is conducive to innovative manufacturing. The more materials available, the more things we can create.

The other week, our CEO Espen penned a thank you note to Misumi for their incredible customer service. These Class A Suppliers of ours are doing an excellent job of making sure our needs our met, and without their efforts, we would not have been able to get manufacturing back on schedule. In return, they've thanked us on their blog. We appreciate the respect and applaud your team for being so awesome! http://hubs.ly/y0-Ldn0
Here at Misumi USA, we strive to give our customers the best customer experience possible. From our efforts to constantly improve our Same Day Shipping Times (6pm EST) to personally calling each customer who sets up on online account (thanks Inside Sales Team!), we are committed to making sure our customers’ needs are being met in every way. Despite our best efforts, as with most businesses, we still tend to hear more about customers disappointme...

Overwhelmed by the booming 3D printing market? You're not alone. Last week we explored which technology options were best for manufacturers and professionals. This week we're taking a closer look at more creative projects, in Education and Maker spaces.

Read about how the Series 1 Pro operates as a tool in these areas: http://hubs.ly/H014gNS0
Education and Makers have been disrupted by additive manufacturing and 3d printing machines. But what is the best 3D Printer for these groups?

Deciding to purchase a 3D printer goes beyond choosing a brand. Consumers are faced with decisions on what 3D printing technology is right for them: SLS, SLA, or FFF. We at Type A Machines have always produced Fused Filament Fabrication 3D printers with our Series 1 product. If you're wondering which technology is best for you, check out our break down of how FFF prevails over SLS and SLA technologies: http://hubs.ly/H010b_50
There are many types of 3D printers, but none are quite as capable of increasing ROI as FFF with the Series 1.

Supply chain management is key to manufacturing. Thanks to Misumi, we're back on track with production. They went the extra mile to provide awesome customer service, and made sure the parts we received were suitable for production of our Series 1 Pro 3D Printers. Head to our blog to read our CEO Espen's response, thanking them --> http://hubs.ly/y0Y1hm0
Supply chain management is more reliable and sufficient in the additive manufacturing industry thanks to 3D Printer part suppliers like Misumi.

Last Saturday we attended the Walnut Creek Library open house. We had a demo of our Series 1 3D Printer, and our Founder & CTO Andrew Rutter spoke.

"But I want people to think about it: 3-D is going to change the world, not because of what it can do -- because of the way it changes the people who use it. Kids are thinking of (making) things that we've never thought of before." -Rutter

The crowd was captivated by the presentation of 3D technologies, and the open house was a success for both attendees and hosts. The Library is excited for the new printing possibilities, and we are excited to see what they make!

The two Series 1 printers were purchased with a three-year grant from the Dean & Margaret Lesher Foundation
