Our current apprentices as well as some of our chefs & front of house staff are in Italy on a sourcing trip finding out how the Italian produce we use in our kitchen are made - it looks like they're having a great experience in #Tuscany visiting +Petrolo with & Darrio Cecchini (butcher extraordinaire), to mention just a few places & people they are meeting/visiting during their trip

We are looking for a restaurant supervisor to work within our friendly front of house team in our exciting restaurant, overlooking what we think is the best beach on the north coast of Cornwall at Watergate Bay.
