I hope someone from management reads this... KUDOS! The team from Micheal Phelps Swimwear dropped by on a very rainy day with hundreds of fans and a free pizza give away. #1- The pizza was great! Even under the insane pressure to crank out slice after slice. #2- the staff kept their cool and managed to keep the restaurant running at full capacity for everyone not with the giveaway. If the quality of the food or the quality of the service was ever an issue like some reviews mention... clearly this is not the case. GREAT JOB!

My daughter went here on Saturday afternoon with one of her co-worker friends during their brake. They had to wait for at least 5 minutes for someone to come seat them, ordered food then had to wait 30 minutes for a pasta dish and a calzone and ended up ordering it to go other wise they would have been late to their second shift. I understand all this waiting if the restaurant was busy but it was not busy at all. The server only talked to them 3 times also. If you are looking for great service through the whole time you are at a restaurant I do not recommend Zio's. And they also told me that the food was not all that great. It was meh...

Gluten free pizza was pretty good. It came in a medium size in thin crust of course. We also ordered a large Hawaii-five-0 non-gluten free and it was great! The marinara was awesome and authentic! I'd go back!

The appetizers and pizza both were hot, fresh, amazing to eat, and quickly brought to our table. The waitress was friendly and had good recommendations for menu items.

Showed up at 8:10 and was told that there would be a 45min wait for seating when there was 12 tables open. At this point there was alot of running back and forth of the greater running back to ask the manager all of these question. We were told that we could not be seated because those tables were closed for the night. We asked if we could order our food so while we wait so it would be ready about the time we got a table. We were then told that we could not order till we were seated. Long story short they finaly seated us at one of the tables that were supposedly closed for the night. we then were able to order food. Ive been here a few times and never seen nor heard anything like this here or at any other resturant. Normaly you close tables when you close the building. Ive worked at food places and know the drill. If theres a way to try and rid people of service thats one way. Love the food and the scenery of downtown. Ended up leaving the resturant at 9:05pm so there was time to be surved. Waiters were awsome cooks were doing a good job cooking just a rough start. Still plan on coming back. Just want to give my review. Date i was here 6/10/16 8:10PM

Best pizza ever!!! (IMHO) Totally love that I can order pizza by the slice and put whatever I want for toppings on it, and their slices are so huge that 2 fills me up completely, good amount of food for the price. Also, love the atmosphere at this location.

Often slow service, but excellent new york style pizza and prime Old Market location. Comfortable booths and pizza made to order.

I never leave reviews, but I just can't let it go. This is the worst pizza. I haven't eaten it in over 10 years because I always used to think it is flavorless. My wife convinced me to order some to go, so I decided to try it again. I ordered 3 of the largest pizzas and it was $80.00. Very expensive. When I took my first bite I was very disappointed. This pizza has no flavor. The sauce is bad, the cheese is bad, and the toppings are bad. I just don't get how they stay in business with horrible pizza. The service was great. It was fast. The pizza sucks.
