My daughter went here on Saturday afternoon with one of her co-worker friends during their brake. They had to wait for at least 5 minutes for someone to come seat them, ordered food then had to wait 30 minutes for a pasta dish and a calzone and ended up ordering it to go other wise they would have been late to their second shift. I understand all this waiting if the restaurant was busy but it was not busy at all. The server only talked to them 3 times also. If you are looking for great service through the whole time you are at a restaurant I do not recommend Zio's. And they also told me that the food was not all that great. It was meh...

I never leave reviews, but I just can't let it go. This is the worst pizza. I haven't eaten it in over 10 years because I always used to think it is flavorless. My wife convinced me to order some to go, so I decided to try it again. I ordered 3 of the largest pizzas and it was $80.00. Very expensive. When I took my first bite I was very disappointed. This pizza has no flavor. The sauce is bad, the cheese is bad, and the toppings are bad. I just don't get how they stay in business with horrible pizza. The service was great. It was fast. The pizza sucks.

Gluten free pizza was pretty good. It came in a medium size in thin crust of course. We also ordered a large Hawaii-five-0 non-gluten free and it was great! The marinara was awesome and authentic! I'd go back!

An Omaha classic. I'm a Chicago guy, so deep dish is my style, but this is high quality New York style pizza. Everything is made to order so your pizza comes out hot and exactly as you want it. Vegetarian, done. Dairy free? No problem. Great vibe in the restaurant and solid beer selection to boot.

I used to love this place because the pizza always tasted great. Their horrible service has turned me off. I haven't been to any of their other locations, but this one downtown is just ridiculous. Everytime my husband and I go there the employees are rude as hell. Tonight they screwed up our take out order and didn't offer to fix it, or offer any type of solution for their mistake. My husband knew they were trying to close so he felt he had to just take what they gave him and leave. I don't recommend coming here if you want an enjoyable dining experience.
