Dominick Derasmo was great. I am somewhat satisfied with the level of service he gave. But this was a chance to make a costumer very satisfied and the team there at your service center failed. I had to wait for a part for over a week. Dominick called me daily to give me updates which I appreciated. But when Chevrolet finally sent the part and I went to get my car, there was a problem with the bill. Not only that, I would have thought there would have been some waivers for the service that had been performed. Not a complete 100% waiver but maybe like a 50% range. I work in the convention and trade show industry and if we don't deliver on time there are certainly waivers issued. Customer Service is first and I felt like Money is first before customer satisfaction there at the service center. In my business we go out of our way to make sure the customer is satisfied. Not to mention the loaner car I got was pretty dirty inside, kind of grossed me out a little But I only thought I would drive it for a day not over a week. So I would like to reiterate that Dominick was great he is only performing customer service the way he was taught by his superiors. The manager did correct my bill to the original 10% off but he also had an opportunity to make me satisfied but he failed miserably. I was not happy paying full price for service I received. Waiting for my car for that long was a bad experience. I understand that the "wait" on the part was out of the service center hands, but the billing is not out of their hands and they should have stepped up. Kind of embarrassed by the lack of customer service. When I mentioned I should get a bigger discount I was only met with nervous laughter, "as if to say, you're kidding right"..... I recommend mandatory yearly training in customer service. The reason I am putting "Somewhat satisfied" is because of course the service center can and will fix your car and they will use chevy parts. So when it comes to recommendations I will say you should "go and get your car repaired by the service center there at David Maus" but expect to be treated as a dollar sign and not a customer. - Thank you
