Would likely stay here again if we were in the vicinity. We stayed in a room as part of a deal including tickets to Legoland. The room was nice, but did have a couple of small problems that were not resolved during our one night stay, though we did get a free drink each with our meal to compensate. The evening meal we had was fine, but I didn't feel it was anything that special. The service was great. The food is quite expensive on the menu, but our children ate free, and we had another discount due to booking the offer with the Legoland tickets. Drinks are in my opinion very expensive – a large glass of Pinot Grigio was £9.00. Breakfast was great, and had a large variety. Again, service was great – the chef prepared some vegetarian sausages for us as soon as I asked if they had some. All in all, we felt welcome, food was good, and we all had a good nights sleep!

Enjoyable stay. The property in general is showing its age, however the staff was very helpful. My room was bright, clean and everything was fully functional and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent - great buffet. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

This hotel turned out to be very pleasant surprise. It's modest at first sight so I didn't expected to be so satisfied with my stay. However everything was flawless - great location close to the city centre and from a short drive to Legoland, fresh and warm rooms, cheerful and young people around. Felt simply refreshed afterwards.

I went there for the weekend break, the foyer and the seating and breakfast areas were good, i couldnt go to the other rooms becuase some people were doing a party there. the corridors were basic, i saw some pets there, i think people cant bring pets to the hotel. anyway i went to the room, the beds were good, but the pillow wasnt comfortable, also i has problems, me and my sisters room was INFESTED BY MOTHS! also there were spider webs in the corner of the walls, becuase the window was open and the not said that you cant use the window! THE TV WAS RUBBISH! It was freeview which was normal, but the remote control was crap, and thhey dont have the clip thing when you put the batteries in. the remote you have to press 5 times to get the channel, but when watching you dont knwo whats on. it wont show whats on. the bathroom was good, but only 1 soap! i explored everywhere, i was lost but it was good there is a top floor, also its like going on a clean council flat with the long corridors. There is gym there, and it used 24 hours a day 7 days a week, there is free water there and the hotel staff dont really mind! The staff there are friendly, they greet you, and say 'good morning', in the morning, which is very polite and they are kind people. they dont really mind what you do. Breakfast was good the buffet was good, good advantage of the hotel. Buying food was expensive, a sandwich cost average of £10 and salad for the same price! a can of coke cost £3! not good hilton! Overall i say that Hilton is a LOW BUDGET HOTEL and i will never go there again, (only for the breakfast buffet), I rate this 2.5 star of 5.

Enjoyable stay. Breakfast was buffet style and the staff couldn't have done more to help, but the bar closes too early. Overall I was very impressed with the hotel and staff, and I would not hesitate to stay there with the family.
