The call ahead seating was clutch for us on New Years Eve. Our wait was only 20 mins compared to 1:45 for others. The food was really good as well as the service. Nice family place.

I love Carrabba's! So much so that I booked the Kennesaw Carrabba's for my rehearsal dinner because I wanted something casual and fun before the formal event. When I called the day before to confirm the reservation, the manager got on the phone, asked who I talked to and was extremely rude about the fact that they didn't take reservations, and that if we showed up they would try to seat us. And she repeated that several times. "We'll TRY to seat you." As though she were angry we wanted to dine in her restaurant. You're a restaurant. That is what what you do. People show up, and you try to seat them. You weren't offering any special favors with that nasty attitude. So... As though everything about a wedding isn't stressful enough, the day before my rehearsal dinner, I got off the phone, started crying, got myself together, and called Chicago's in Marietta. Of course they could accommodate my group of 16 people! The manager there was very kind. The food was fantastic. The service was fantastic. The final bill was over $1000. My dad, who paid, tipped 30%. Which means the manager at Carrabba's not only cheated her restaurant out of a sure thing with her attitude. She cheated her servers out of a huge tip. This happened almost 4 months ago, and I still get upset thinking about it. I will not stop eating at Carrabba's. But I will never under any circumstance dine at the one in Kennesaw ever again.

I have LOVED carrabba's ever since I was little. Still my favorite italian restaurant! Love the bread and olive oil dip. Their pasta sauces are fresh and homemade! My favorite is the spicy red marinara. I would recommend this place to everyone!

My family and I always go to Carrabba's for special occasion meals. This particular location was way below par. Our server didn't show up for at least 10-15 minutes. He was rude and barely checked in on us. The food quality was lack-luster and just the over all atmosphere was bleh. I don't recommend this specific location for Carrabba's but do recommend the restaurant as a whole.

Just had dinner at Carrabba's in Kennesaw, Ga. Was maybe one of the best meals I have had, especially for a neighborhood restaurant. My wife had chicken and I had a Filet and they were both great. The steak would compare to the big name steak restaurant's in downtown Atlanta.

The best dining out experience I've had in a very long time! The creamed Spinach and Cole slaw both were awesome, but the ribs and chicken meal was out of this world :)) The only complain I would have is it is a little pricey, but hey you get what you pay for!

Decent value for decent portions. Fun, light atmosphere. Great Italian restaurant, best in Kennesaw.
