Hey Chad, We're sorry the tires were under inflated. I shared your email and post with the bike techs, and we usually only pump to 60 PSI as they can explode due to elevation changes in transit. We've been in touch via email and hope that you love your new bike. Thank you for the feedback. We appreciate it!
+Road Bike Outlet Hey guys got the bike and must say for the price I am impressed.  One thng I would like to point out is QC on the tires.  I was a bike mechanic for 7 years.  Make sure the tires are seated properly as it can cause headaches for new owners.  I made an assumption that you guys had done that and off I went after inflating my tires to 70psi.  About a mile in i realized the tire had popped off the rim and began rubbing the brake,  It burned the brake and ruined the bead of the tire.  Now I have to go purchase another tire for the bike $10-$24.

We just started carrying some 27.5 Trinx bikes. These bikes are super popular in China, so we figured we'd try some in the US. What do you think?

Are you in the market for a a simple commuter bike? We just received a great review  " It's More than a Commuter Bike"  "I got this for a 4 mile commute back and forth to work, but it is becoming a constant companion. It is a no non-sense, simple bike that is bringing back some wonderful memories about the joy of riding when I was a kid. The Pro-Build feature is worth every penny. This bike is an awesome value!"
