Someone's doing the research! Cool
A walk in the park may soothe the mind and, in the process, change the workings of our brains in ways that improve our mental health.

This artist is amazing. I love the sea dragon sculptures she smithed for us two years ago. This video is a quick and elegant testimony to her work.

Saw a Hawkeye like this one in the air yesterday on my way to work. As if flying radar isn't cool enough, turns out it launches from an aircraft carrier, so it's wings can fold back! That's crazy cool!
Cool photos and descriptions by a professional aviation photographer of the aircraft flying at Naval Air Weapons Station Point Mugu airshow in California.

These folks know how to give nerdy, meaningful gifts :)

This data scientist analyzed text messages sent over the past year between herself and her husband and compared the content and timing to their first year of dating.

The most significant changes were in the types of conversations conveyed via text. As a married couple, texting was predominantly used as a method for providing updates rather than for having real conversations. This manifest in a transition away from using each other's names, saying "love," or using introductory phrases like "hey" and "hello."

Looking at the timing of text messages also depicts the transition from dating to living together. While dating, text messages typically began in the afternoon and lasted late in to the night. After marriage, texting predominantly occurred during the day and never at night.

Way back in October 2008, my now husband and I went on our first date. On our one year anniversary, his gift to me was a Word doc of all of our text messages since our first date (what he likes to ...

This is cool. At the moment I think the use cases in clothes will be very specific to a given outfit. A general platform would become a purse or other accessory you have with you every day. I'm intrigued to see where it goes...
This is possible thanks to new conductive yarns, created in collaboration with our industrial partners. Jacquard yarn structures combine thin, metallic alloys with natural and synthetic yarns like cotton, polyester, or silk, making the yarn strong enough to be woven on any industrial loom.
