They had me with their Nutella Espresso, it was just heavenly. Their crepes are excellent and so is the service. I love the atmosphere, it really feels like a swanky little french place, complete with patio seating.

Dined on a night with a fixed menu and it was terrific. Highly recommend. Great service.

Incredible food for an incredible price. The service was absolutely fantastic and just all around delicious place. If you're looking for a good French restaurant and Bistro Bis is out of your price range, I'd recommend this place in heartbeat.

The food is mediocre at best and I'm guessing the service would have been better at a shoney's.

This is my favorite restaurant out of Perry's, Cashion's, and Mintwood Place, all right around the corner from where I live. The food of Napoleon is often memorably delicious, although sweetbreads took quite some time to cook. The service is whacky, which I associate with the French. Often the owner is roaming the dining room. But it's cozy, delicious and serves very nice wine, cocktails and creme brulee.
