My new blog post about your reaction the moment a crisis strikes #crisis #leadership
Your first reaction when a crisis strikes sets the path for how you deal with it moving forward. If your emotional reaction is one of anger, fear or despair, then you have to deal with that reaction

My dear friends - I need your help in saving the life of my dear friend George Sigar Dima. He has for many years saved children in the slums of Nairobi, Kenya and given them hope of a new life. He currently has tuberculosis (TB) and is currently in ICU at a hospital in Nairobi fighting for his life. He needs expensive IV antibiotics ($250 per day) to fight the TB. He has helped so many children, but now it is our time to help save him!! Please consider donating through the link below and we will ensure every penny goes directly towards his medical costs!! Every penny helps so please help share this to your friends!!!

Dear colleagues,

About a year ago, I decided to capture my lessons from two decades of managing crisis around the world into a book. I am happy to announce that it is now available on Amazon and I hope you will enjoy reading it as much as I did writing it!!!

Just over a year ago, I started on personal journey and an ambitious project - to capture my two decades of leadership lessons from the disaster and humanitarian response worlds into a book. Now a year later, my dream of capturing this on paper has become a reality with the launch of my book The Crisis Leader which is now available on Amazon. To all of you who have a "book" in your mind that you want to write - I say DO IT - the process was very fun and educational!!

I hope you all enjoy reading my book and that some of the lessons are of use :-)

Hi everyone,

About a year ago, I decided to try to capture some of my lessons from two decades of leading crisis response operations around the world into a book. I am happy to announce that the book has now launched and I hope you will enjoy reading it as much as I did writing it!
