I'd like to see Netflix launch some new instant queue organization capabilities. It would be nice to be able to sort your queue by genre or playlist.

Simple sequential order doesn't make a lot of sense on Instant, because it's unlikely you're going to watch your selections in order anyway. And if you have a family that shares the queue, it would make choices more accessible.

The current queue format works for DVD, as mailings depend upon what you want next, but Instant is clearly where it's all headed, and Netflix should be more concerned with the user experience, particularly as the space gets more competitive.

They're already getting very specific with recommendations, in terms of genre. For example, they'll show you something like "shows with tough female leads". It would be nice to be able to sort the things you know you want to watch by category of your choosing - by user-created playlists. If I want to create my own "Grindhouse Cinema" category (or anything else),  based on the titles I define as such on my own, I would like to be able to do so. I would find the whole thing a lot more useful than a pile of 500 movies, documentaries and TV shows all thrown together.
