Hey guys!
I'm finally getting around to dusting off my light organ for this years' festivities. I'm having problems getting one thing settled with all of the updates to the software since last time I did this.
I have a USB audio device that I want to set as the default. I have scoured the internet, and every resource tells me to do the same thing as this does:
http://wiki.linuxaudio.org/wiki/raspberrypi#setting_the_default_soundcard

Problem is, I am using Raspbian Jesse, with device tree enabled (I'm pretty sure that makes a difference here) and as such, the file /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf does not exist.

How in blazes do I set the default audio device in this case?

Next Thursday at 8 PM we are going to have a planning meeting for the upcoming Raspberry Jam via Google Hangouts. Please feel free to join us if you are able and have anything to offer!

We are would like to have a planning meeting for the upcoming Raspberry Jam. Our original plan was to meet tonight at Wilson Elementary; however that didn't work out for various reasons.

It seems that it may just be best to have this meeting online via Skype or Hangouts.

If you would like to be involved with the organization and/or running of the Raspberry Jam, and want to have a say or simply participate in this meeting, please let us know. I'd like to make it happen within the next few days.
