Horrible top sirloin, grisly and was barley warm. when I brought this to the managers attention he said he'd heard the same thing from 3 other tables in the past week and there is nothing he can do about it. I suggested he let corporate know, I will. I have had the same steak at 3 other ruby Tuesday in knoxville, lenoir city and crossville and they were all very good

Me and the wife decided on Ruby's because it was close and we wanted a quick bite to eat. My wife ordered a black berry lemonade to drink and that was really the only problem. The drink arrived and it tasted like the lemon was spoiled. Our server was happy to brink her a replacement in the form of regular unsweetened ice tea and I had the same to drink. I had the steak and lobster tails and she went with just the steak. Both were cooked like we asked and tasted awesome. For our sides we had the cheddar smashed potatoes and sauteed portabella mushrooms. Both were excellent. Other then the drink issue our dinning experience was good.

Came in and the restaurant was slammed so I expected to wait 30 minutes for food. Despite the server having 6 tables he took awesome care of us. The pace of the meal was great didn't wait more than 20 minutes. I suggest anyone to try this spot and not base it off bad reviews.

My husband and I stopped into the 7406 Chapman Hwy location on Dec. 30 at about 7:30pm. Upon entering the restaurant we were greeted with the sight of a dirty, nasty dining room. (straws, croutons, various particles of food)all over the dining room floors. I actually asked the hostess to please sit us in the "clean" section. She led us to a far back booth. Along the way, we stepped over more trash, passed a booth with food all over the seats and in the back creases. My husband excused himself to the restroom. As I sat and waited on him (3 or 4 mins) I was not approached by a single staff member. A extremely acrid odor overtook my nose. I checked for vomit on the floor it was so bad. I could not even imagine actually eating food in this environment so I got up to leave. Still never acknowledged by wait staff the hostess asked me if I wanted to be re-seated to a different area and was very apologetic but by then I was already turned off. There seemed to be a manager on duty which upset me the most. I should not have to point out the place was BEYOND disgusting. I will never come back to this establishment again.

We had to wait 45 min. for our food and had to ask where it was. The green beans were not done the snow peas were mushy. One out of 3 of us got butter with the lobster. We had to ask for butter and it was cold. The steak was red when it was to be medium well and the mini hamburgers were red. When we received both back they were burned. Our grandson didn't even get to eat his hamburgers because by the time he got them back we were all finished with our meal. Then they were too burnt to eat. Then it took another 15 min. to get the bill and pay. The waiter apologized weakly and offered 25% off coupons, but I told him that we wouldn't be back. If everything would have gone well he could have received a $20 to $25 tip because we were paying for 6 people. When we got home my husband decided to call and talk to the manager and was put on hold for 5 min. before he came to the phone.
