Fantastic food, great atmosphere and very good service. A little pricey but worth it.

We ate here 3 weeks ago. The food was great, the service was great. We were so impressed that we told our friends to eat here and wrote a great reveiw online. So when we needed to go to the airport last night we decided to drive an extra hour out of the way just to come back and eat here. Wish we wouldn't have. The service was horrible. The flatbread seemed like it had been sitting out for days. Ordered the same meal we ordered last time the bounty bowel. It was horrible and one of the ingredients is supposed to be lobster. It didn't have any lobster. $34 bowel and I could have ordered better fish at Dennys. The salmon that my friend ordered was dry and tiny. My husband had halbit and it was the worst fried mess you have ever seen. After we ate the waitress cleared our table and went to help another group and never came back. We waited for 25 min to get our check. The manager was walking around the whole time looking like she had nothing to do so we asked her for our check and she acted like she was just too busy to help us and we were a bother to her. We will never return to this restraunt. Worst $100 we ever spent.

We had reservations for 8:30p on Saturday the 27th. We showed up on time but the table they wanted to seat us at was still there. They handed us a pager and told us to come back with no indication on time. No offer to push together any tables to accommodate us all, just 'wait'. Service was ok, heard some complaints about "as much as we are paying I expect real bread not these cracker things" which were actually very good, despite being sat a half an hour late. Our server came around to everyone to place drink orders some of which came faster than others and I did not receive the lemon with my water I ordered. Service overall was ok but for the price they charge per plate I was unimpressed with the slow service. It was also noisy, very noisy (granted you ARE in a casino) however I could hardly hear the waiter even as he stood next to me, nearly right in my ear to take my orders. Initially we were told plates would be $30 or under however the cheapest entree plate seemed to be $21 or $23 (somewhere in that ballpark). I ordered the 14oz rib-eye steak medium rare and it came with roasted baby reds (good), broccoli (mediocre and unimpressive) and a horseradish sauce (to die for). They brought out our plates three at a time. One of the gentleman in the party did not receive the sauce that was to come with his dish until he was over halfway through and my steak was rare (it was good but not cooked as I had ordered). The menu is mostly seafood with limited choice (New York steak ~$34 and my 14oz rib-eye for $29) for anything other than seafood. Honestly, for my money I was expecting more and so was everyone at the table. They were accommodating to a degree, bringing the birthday girl a dessert with the words 'Happy Birthday' scrawled across in (I think) blackberry sauce and they graciously separated our checks even though the total number in the party was 14 (most places will only do one bill with gratuity added automatically on top). However, for the money I paid I could have gotten better at The Keg not only in terms of food quality and portion size but in service too. I am sure I could have also gotten better at Eagles Buffet for less money, not as fancy but better food.
