Excellent study! Running may be the most beneficial of all exercises to add years to your life, whatever pace you run at. Even if you smoke, drink, or are overweight...running still confers great health benefits, such as lowering chronic diseases and increasing your life span!
Also of particular interest, they discovered the benefits plateaued at running 4hrs/wk, in other words, more running doesn't confer more benefits. (which I don't mind! ha)

Many people don't realize, pain and inflammation in your body sends signals to your brain to "fix" the problem. When the brain is unable to orchestrate a "fix", your body continues to send these signals, and over time, can wear on the brain making it susceptible to other problems.

Watching how much protein you are taking in is important!
You can have too much of a good thing, but by the same token be sure you actually ARE getting enough protein as well!

I had a happy experience the other day with a little 8 day old baby (so little!), when his mom brought him in because he hadn't had a bowel movement in 3 days!

She had an unhappy experience with one of her other children, when they were an infant, and she brought them in for medical attention. She was afraid the same procedure would be used and wanted to try something else before risking a similar outcome as the last time.

To our happy amazement he filled his diaper while I was working on him! Whew, did it smell (lol), but everybody was happy and grateful!

I’m so glad chiropractic care was a great option for her!
