Introduction
I created a shop offering something new, fresh, above other shops who sale and service.  This shop, ScooterTweaks, is a custom scooter, performance based shop offering everything from one off fabrication to basic daily maintenance.  No sales pressure, no gimics, just service.  When you need help this is the first and last stop.

This whole situation has been a joke. Nothing was as it was supposed to be throughout our move in and there after. Our original lease $ was supposed to be $1000 and then got changed due to "oh sorry that's not correct" to $1150. Our pet deposit was told to be $150 then again changed because "oh sorry that's not right" to $250. Not one person we spoke with directed us to the next step or a time line. We were constantly having to call and ask questions, which might not even be the right questions according to one of the employees. Can you believe that! Let me paint this mental picture: imagine someone with horns, holding the phone with one hand and flipping you the bird with the other, as you on the other end of the phone can't see it, and they say "I'm sorry, how can we help, hello how are you, are you doing well?" etc. The employees do not care about you, just a pay check. Who allows this to continue, upper management? How can they be ok with this behavior? Do not do business with them unless you just don't care. They will not call you back. Won't follow up to anything. Can't even say they made a mistake when you stand in front of them and confront the situation, instead argue with you and say "uh uhh" like a child. Good luck to everyone who encounters this company and its employees. All I can say is Ihope this isn't planned practice from management. If I could afford it I would just leave this place and the aggrivation it gives me. It would be worth loosing my deposit...

Tent camping was cheap at $15 and was pleasant. Hoping we can make it back again soon but with some tools to clean up a spot and dig a nice fire pit! Thanks Judy for the hospitality!
