I'm so glad you brought that up! If I were playing the Hammerklavier Sonate, I would, of course, not be moving the way I do in this piece. Another difference is that Beethoven's point is not to listen to decaying pitches. That is certainly part of the experience but it is not the intent, whereas here, in my piece, that is precisely the point. In addition to that, the choreography is very much a part of the composed piece, so it is not something that is added onto the piece, but something that is an integral part of the piece. Some people refer to it as performance art, and that's ok with me. I realize perfectly that you don't like my piece, but I feel compelled to at least describe to you my intent so that you can understand it while disliking it.
