I really liked the atmosphere, small, modern, perfect for a casual date. I wouldn't bring kids or a family here. The sushi was pretty standard but very inexpensive. Around 6 dollars for a typical 3 ingredient roll. We also ate ahi sashimi which melted on the tongue, delicious! Service was good, they brought me a new soy/wasabi saucer quickly when asked and the waitress was also knowledgeable on sake. They were out of my fav sake, but she recommended a nice substitute. I didn't see any of the flashy over-the-top sushi rolls with like a million habaneros and alien flesh that some other places advertise, but they did have chef specials, so if you like crazy rolls they might have those too. Anyways, we will be back for sure.

Great atmosphere. The sushi is always perfect. My favorite date night is sushi at Happy Fish and then next door at the Knitting Factory for a concert.

This place was recommended by the staff at the Grover Hotel around the corner. The Sushi and Service was excellent. I was there with customers and appreciate this being a good place for doing business. Friendly staff, great food, and loved the atmosphere. Will definitely be back.

Sushi bar is great, service was great. The boss needs to learn arguments are a huge annoyance to customers and if he wants to make more money he should greet customers not rag on his employees. I would recommend eating here, just hope the boss is not around to spoil things.

The Sake (salmon) Temaki (hand) roll is excellent. Roll is ice cream cone style, with nori (seaweed) wrap. Cost is 6.95; combined with a tasty miso soup, ($2.99??), you have a nutritious small meal for @ 10.00. My only complaint is that I was charged $3.00 for seltzer water . . .People nice, services timely unless you come at rush hour.
