The Hyatt regency hotel is in a great part of the city. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Close to the river running path. Great bus services. The room was very clean and modern. Great veiws.

The service was friendly and professional. The food was quite good and I liked the environment. Everything felt very comfortable. The location was great and withing walking distance to many fun Chicago activities. Would definitely go back

Stayed at the facility while attending a conference. Room was quiet, clean, and had what I needed. The food was very good and all staff were friendly and courteous. Conference rooms were fine (cans be difficult to find your way if you have never been there before). Location was excellent.

I enjoyed my stay at this property. The views of downtown and the skyline is absolutely stunning! The staff is outstanding; they're all smiling, willing, and ready to accommodate your requests. I requested extra blankets and they were brought to me in less than 5 minutes. I enjoyed the Regency Club access, however i was disappointed that sausage or bacon wasn't served at breakfast.

Overnight guest at this hotel for a conference. Great location, very accommodating staff. Easy to get lost, the hotel is huge. Nice place!

Super conveniently located large hotel. While the exterior looks dated, the rooms and general interior are up to date and nice. The gym is really big and has a lot of variety including free weights. Club access is really recommended for the excellent breakfast, evening snacks, and cheap drinks. Big bar was underwhelming.

It's a nice hotel, but for the price, and considering its supposed to be a higher end hotel, I expected more. The towels were old, pretty small tub in the bathroom, old furniture, no usable refrigerator, nothing fancy, nothing special. The location is good and service was friendly.

Attended a huge conference here over the past two days and had a really great experience. The staff manning the conference center were friendly and helpful. The servers seemed to be everywhere cleaning and clearing coffee cups and plates. The facilities were clean and well done. The AV equipment all worked, which is a rarity! Most amazingly, they served a sit-down lunch for what must have been 2,000 people that was not bad tasting and was served quickly and efficiently. Amazing. The one star off is because I found it a bit hard to navigate the two building set up. They have people everywhere trying to guide you, but in the end I spent a few minutes trying to find "the other tower" and where lunch was being served. I've never stayed here, but spoke with some people who did and they said it was as you'd expect of this type of hotel...but maybe a bit pricey. In the end that got chalked up to Chicago prices vs. Omaha prices.
