I was concerned, wondering if we'd be able to afford an instrument, but we found that renting was easy and affordable. We also found that their reasonable prices were lower than competitor's and Kincaid's offered added benefits. It was simple to sign up and reassuring that they provide high quality instruments and would repair them if necessary. I also appreciated that I could choose to have the monthly payment automatically withdrawn from my bank account. I would recommend Kindcaid's without hesitation! The rental program allows students to experience the joy of learning how to play an instrument and ultimately, appreciate music.

If you repair your own instrument they are not the place to go for parts. I called ahead and was told as long as I had the original part they could get the part I needed. I drive the half hour to them and they refused to sell me a single pad for a Clarinet. If you want parts go to Hauer in Dayton they don't have problems selling parts to customers.

"We've rented instruments for both our sons and because of that, we have 2 kids who love music. The best feature of the rental program is the affordable monthly payments and the auto-pay option. Including the maintenance of the instruments in the rental program is a real plus, giving us peace of mind. We'd recommend it because it's an affordable opportunity for kids to learn to play an instrument - a skill they can enjoy for the rest of their lives - and were completely confident in the expertise of everyone at Kincaid's."
