This place is freaking huge!!! Thought it was going to be a lot smaller but it is 2 full floors of gaming and a large 3rd floor poker room. The dealers and pit bosses are awesome and will actually strike up a conversation, unlike other casinos I've been to in my lifetime.

My husband and I love Horseshoe Cincinnati and only wish it were closer to home. I have had very good experiences every time I have gone. You can feel the difference as soon as you enter; the personnel are fantastic, the variety of games is good and the non smoking is definitely a big plus. They have recently added a "smoking parlor" for smokers. The rewards for playing are great and the give aways are also. Each time I have visited the Diamond Lounge, I have been happy with the food. Visiting this casino makes the one closer to home drop a few notches in my view. Keep up the good work.

This review is more of a reflection on The Spread buffet than anything else. For the first time in my life, I felt like a poor outcast in the buffet line. There was a special event at Horseshoe tonight, and obviously, they had not prepared whatsoever and their staff didn't have a clue what to do or how to handle the crowds. I first sat in the parking garage line for 51 minutes until I finally called and asked if there was a problem. The woman I spoke with didn't have a clue and put me on hold while she contacted the valet service. She came back to say that the valet was completely full as well as the self parking. She had no recommendations of a garage to send me to and just thanked me for calling. Fortunately, Tower City Center had parking available and I was able to get in there. I headed straight to the buffet because I was hungry and on the Platinum, Gold, and Non-member side, there was one lady. On the other side (Diamond and Seven-Star) there was quite a line. As a Platinum member, I entered my side of the line and stood behind one lady. After several minutes, she began complaining to me about how they never let the line go until the Seven-Star and Diamond member line is completely empty. I wasn't in much of a hurry and just assumed they would take turns. Well, after the line I was in got really backed up and everyone around me was grumbling and making a scene, the Diamond and Seven-Star line continued to grow and we continued to stand there. After 27 minutes of standing in line, I was finally "offered" to go to the register and pay my $23.99 to have dinner. From there, it was also a mess. After passing the registers, there were probably 30 confused guests waiting to be seated and one frustrated employee who had no idea what to do while people were complaning. I was finally seated by a manager, the second I had mentioned my problem to, but was quickly hurried to my seat without any apology whatsoever. I've been going to Horseshoe regularly since it first opened, but I believe this will be my last trip for quite some time. Not only did I have to pay to park when I'm supposed to have free Valet for being a "valued" Platinum member, my dinner was ruined because the employees there had absolutely no action plan of how to handle a large group of visitors and allowed the "special" line to contiunally move while the rest of us "peasants" were just standing against the wall like the last kids to be chosen for the team in a middle school gym class.

Disappointed when we were charged $25.00 for valet parking. The reason for the charge was that we had not signed up for a Horseshoe rewards card and accumulated at least 15 playing points. We were at this casino for about an hour and played the slots without a rewards card. Since we do get to Cleveland on a regular basis we saw no need to signup for a rewards card. This was not posted at the parking valet structure before entering it. This is very poor marketing to bring in return players. All other casinos we have visited in our home state do not charge a parking fee for people without signing up for a rewards card to play. We will not recommend this casino to anyone.

Hi George! Our team is ready and available to assist should you need it during your visits. We are constantly looking at ways to improve our signage to ensure that our offerings and promotions are clear to our guests. Our parking experience is unique in that we are located in the heart of downtown and we are a popular attraction for guests visiting downtown. We do offer free parking on all non-event nights. Please reach out to us if there is anything we can do to make your next visit more enjoyable.

I've read alot of complaints but for my personal experience I love this casino. Although this is the most expensive casino I've ever been to but if you want to hit big you got to play big. On several occasions I've walked out with over $1000 in winnings. Also I've walked out with nothing you win some you lose some that's how casinos work. I'm a diamond member so parking for me is free even though I often catch the bus since this is my hometown lol. The buffet is great when it wants to be (also eat free due to my diamond status) I'm always greeted with a smile by management. The downside of this is if you're planning to bet low you're probably not gonna win at all. I strongly recommend bringing at least $200 if you're expecting to win anything. If you don't bet max on the slots at least bet the middle otherwise you won't have a good time lol. Overall a great place and great experience. If you're a gambler this is the place for you.
