capn Hooks: Mr. Scott is not only expensive,but also very unprofessional.he could not get the tooth numb he was working on and he got very angry at me for it.he also left the tooth half done when he gave up.he told me that he was going to have to put me under sedation.when i came back he wanted to charge me 399 dollars to have a preparation appointment.then when i got there he refused to finish the tooth,regardless of sedation or not.this is no dentist,its not my fault that he couldnt perform his job properly and i am the one suffering for it.i have spent nearly 10,000 at his clinic.now i am being treated this way.he was not origionally my dentist,Dr foote was,and she was a perfect dentist.i would not recommend going to this guy.plus all the work he has done is horrible and his chairside mannars were terrible.and last but not least,he was an asshole about the whole thing.fuck this guy
Nancy Glenn: My name is Nancy Glenn and I saw dr. Lydia in October for my x-rays. Cleaning could not be done because of my hypersensitivity. I've been learned your office does not accept my insurance with Humana which is an HMO policy. Now, I have secured credit with Credit Care and want to go ahead and have this procedure done paying cash. I spoke to your office 3 times last week regarding someone scheduling my appointment. Each time I spoke to someone they said that somebody else had to call me. The last employee in your office I spoke to was a young man on Thursday he promised me Emily would call me on Friday. That was last week and I have still not heard from anyone and have left to voicemail messages in your practice today. I don't understand what the problem is. It's administrative comma I am going to be paying cash, this should be very simple to schedule. What is the problem?
