😊 I love this place from the complimentary valet, to the speedy service. The ambience is really relaxing. I went for brunch, the crème brulé French toast is fantastic!!! its enough to share. The brunch items don't come with the typical bacon and eggs, you have to order it separately 😕. Also, mimosas aren't bottomless. But the food is great

I love this place and the chicken is pure awesomeness!!! I've been for both dinner and brunch but I think I prefer dinner because I enjoy the ambiance at night. This is definitely a cute date spot or you can go to catch up with your friends in a nice atmosphere.

The drunken bread is good, and the fried chicken is excellent. The house wine is good as well. It's usually a bit loud, but it fits the ambiance.

Let me dive into this review....Lol...that made me laugh ANYWAY I don't really know how I feel about this place yet but for whatever reason I keep showing up here for wine. Maybe I'm a wino or maybe my friends just love this place and I don't say no to their invite. Either way I clearly like this place. The macaroni is pretty cheesy and pretty good so is there mashed potatoes. That's honestly the only thing I like off the menu. Now their wine selection always makes me smile. I have noticed that once we place our order the waitress/waiter typically disappears for a while but once the last drop of my wine is gone they somehow magically appear again. Seating is pretty tight in this place so when it gets packed it is a bit hard to move around.

Brunch is worth your time. The French toast just melts in your mouth, but ask for them to cook toast all the way. One time I ordered it and it was a little soft. The jalapeño cheddar grits are SOoo yummy. I didn't need anything else on my plate but French toasts and grits. The eggs , I could have passed on.

Visited Max's Wine Dive while in Houston as recommended by friends and it was pretty good! I had their chicken and waffles dish; along with a side of red velvet pancakes. You definitely get a bang for your buck food-wise but I was most impressed with their wine. I had the Riesling and Chardonnay. Sweet and smooth...just the way I like it ;)

Great wine selection and some if the best fried chicken I have ever had. Sunday brunch is great here too! The pancakes are a solid choice to pair with some great mimosas!
