Spent the whole day yesterday biking, trekking, scrambling up rocks and swimming in the hills of Malappuram, yesterday. Recovering today. The 200km one way trip by car and the hassle of taking time off work was all totally worth it. And I didn't even fall this time! :P

Routine morning ride.
What you see here are negotiators discussing the minimum amounts of pushups and shuttle runs required to qualify for the mid ride Tea.

Got myself a Fuji Sportif 2.1 last week. It's been raining non stop, and I've been riding non stop, making new friends all over town.

I'm a little conflicted.
I like swinging the 40kg bell more than my 16kg.

I do try to accelerate the 40kg as hard as I can. I check my form. I started off with singles and triples a few weeks ago, and now I'm up to 5 sets of 10. I usually complete them in 15 minutes.
Should I stick to the heavy swings, or go to the 16kgs for high reps?
The 16 feels like a toy now.

My first race. Never thought I'd do one. But I did.
Slightly smaller than a full sprint triathlon. 250meters swim, 20k bike and 4k run.
The swim nearly wiped me out. Recovered on the bike and plodded through the run.
Next time I'm going to do some real training instead of just messing around on the bike.
Also, I need a road bike.
Got 15th overall.

More downforce, while driving in reverse.

Someone is messing with my mind. Inception style dreams. Woke up thrice consecutively into one dream after the other. Was never this glad to hear the alarm go off. Weird stuff. Kind of enjoyed it though.

The resistant starch is working, I guess.
This time I didn't even use the home made magnesium supplements.
