Familiar Italian plates turned out in a warm location with Tuscan decor & sidewalk seating.- Google
"I scour it over for a while and decide on the Lobster Ravioli ($11.95."
"Leave it for people that don't know real Italian food."

Had a fantastic experience here. Food was exceptional. Service was great. Place is kinda small, but you can sit outside. Menu was diverse, and food was good quality. The only complaint I would mention is, the waiter didn't give me more of that tasty marinara when he packed my calzone because I couldn't finish it.

By far one of the worst experience I have ever had. My friends threw my a birthday surprise. The owner was yelling at them because the reservations were for 7:00 pm and the entire party was not there by that time. That was inconsiderate and really rude from management. After the whole chaos the whole group was there. We brought our own cake and they charged us a cutting fee per person. I have never heard of any restaurant charge a cutting fee especially if they do not know how to cut a cake correctly. They did not let us cut our own cake, there was no left over cake and the cake was pretty big. I was very disappointed. To top it off my food did not settle well in my stomach I was sick the whole night and the day after. It was a very unpleasant dinner and the sad part was that it was my first time going to the restaurant. I wish that the manager would had at least apologize for his rudeness. I would never return to the restaurant.

One of my favorite Park Avenue spots! Very relaxed atmosphere with wonderful traditional meals and fresh seafood.

Some of their food is decent, but not authentic Italian. On Friday night, I could not make reservations online so I called ahead to see how long the wait is. The guy who answered said that they would be able to get us in right away and we didn't need to make a reservation. When we got there, the guy (not sure if it was the same one on the phone) told us it would be a 15-20 minute wait. When I told him what the guy on the phone told me, he just laughed at me and told me that there is always a wait on a Friday night. Never again will we ever go to a restaurant that treats its customers so rudely, especially for a place with just decent food. This guy was an arrogant jerk. Shame on this restaurant! They just lost customers who have dined at their place several times! They should fire whoever this arrogant jerk was if they don't want to lose any more customers.

Unfriendly staff, and very slow service. We booked a table with 20 people, and the manager had the guts to complain at us for being 15 min late when they just made over $800 in an hour. So, after being a good customer for 3 years, they have just lost me because of their poor customer service skills. DON'T COME TO THIS PLACE! There's better places around to waste $20 per plate

Well it wasn't exactly what I was expecting for. It took us almost 1 hours of walking around park ave. in Winter Park to choose a restaurant to celebrate my birthday. I'm half Italian and I know Italian food (food cooked and eaten in Italy, that's what I called Italian food) not American/Italian, but I decided to give this fancy/expensive "Italian" restaurant a try. When the server came to the table I asked him how big the plates were...because you know...Italians serve huge amount of food and fancy restaurants do the opposite and this particular one is a fancy/Italian. The server said "we are known for the abundance of our plates" and I thought IT IS GOING TO BE A GREAT DINNER so I decided not to order an starter plate. Well, my plate was called Sangenaro something. It was cooked with lemons on it and it gave the plate a very citric flavor that I didn't enjoyed. He never offered us desert, instead we came to the table with the check already. But we weren't ready to leave yet. Since our server disappeared I had to ask another guy that was there for 2 espressos (Italian short and strong coffee shot). The espressos weren't espressos at all. the cup was huge! like for a latte and the "espresso" wasn't a espresso at all. So I told the server that "that" wasn't an Italian espresso and his answer was "this is the only cup size that we have" O_o What can you say to that answer? so I tried the regular coffee that I got and it didn't taste as an espresso. That was regular coffee in a regular coffee cup!!! So bad for your reputation Pannullo's. End of the story I'm never coming back to this place. If you wanna eat an American version of Italian like food, well you could give it a try. But if you want Italian food DO NOT GO HERE! leave it for people that don't know real Italian food.
