Every time I go to Nail and Skin Day Spa I have a great experience. Whether I get a manicure, a wax or a pedicure, I know that I will be satisfied with the customer service and the work that's being done. (They offer lots of other services as well.) I recommend Thao and the rest of the group at Nail and Skin to friends and family often. Call and make an appointment, you won't be disappointed.

Service was ok. They didn't scrub my feet for very long but the massage was good. For eyebrow waxing, again, just ok. Not alot of tweezing even though other places have done alot. One lady literally sat there the whole time. Four techs and two customers but only two techs really worked. Unfortunately they were interrupting my experience to answer the phone, talk, and help one other person who came in. Not bad for a place on the way to grocery shop but not the best ever.

This is an Excellent Spa! I received a Spa Pedicure and Facial from Thao she took her time gave me an analysis of my skin, made me feel comfortable and was very knowledgeable in maintaining good skin conditions. I will be back!

I had my first visit today and it was spectacular. It is a very inviting place. I came a little bit earlier in the morning so it wasn't busy at all. I had Mary do my pedicure who was very nice and took her time. I loved the ex foliating scrub they did. I definitely will be back. I'm very interested in having the hot stone pedicure soon.

I went in to get solar set and they dont even have a sign for the prices so i figured it was gunna cost 35$ like all the other nail salons. So i asked the lady if it was 35$ she shakes her head yes, then 5 extra cause i had sparkles added. She rushed while doing my nails, did not make sure they were even, did not slim down the solar part like all the other ones do, and rushed it all. Honestly it normally takes 45 min when i go other places and it took her 10 min and she was done. my nails look horrible and in the end she charged me 50$. I am out raged and will NEVER recommend anyone to this salon. Get your act together nail and skin salon and stop over charging people and TAKE YOUR TIME! Most importantly DO YOUR JOB, we pay you to take care of us and you rush and dont do your job? get it together.

I have had a few bad experiences. First, I left my checkbook there and they called my house to let me know. I was out of town so my husband went to pick it up. Even thought my husband's name was on the checkbook, they refused to hand it over to him. Yet, they spoke to me on the phone, and when I told them to give it to him, they did. They were fine taking the word of some anonymous person on the phone but not with my husband's drivers license that matched the name on the check book. When my husband called me from the salon to let me know, the male owner misunderstood something my husband said and actually advanced towards him with aggression. I didn't go for quite a while but then, stupidly, decided to give them another chance. I went with a friend and when my friend went to step sit in the chair, she slipped on water on the floor and dropped the bottle of polish. The bottle broke and she helped clean it up. After we were finished, they actually told her they had to charge her for the bottle of polish. My friend was made to pay full price for a used bottle of polish. That is terrible customer service! During that pedicure, I asked if they could use the razor, as they had done in the past. They told me they could if I went in the back room and paid extra. This sounded strange so I declined. It turns out it is now illegal to use a razor for a pedicure and they just wanted to do it in hiding. I will NEVER go back and tell everyone I can about my numerous bad experiences.
