My brother said the barista was looking down on us but whatever. The prices were high, that's the only reason I gave it a 4/5. I liked the music and the atmosphere. Although I felt like I wasn't hipster enough to be in there. Their was another barista, I don't know his name but he was so cute! Yellow shirt, black hat, black pants. Love him! Anyway, the coffees good and it seems like a nice place to sit down and do work or read a book. I went there unexpectedly so I didn't bring anything to read but if I did I would have defiantly stayed for a while.

Wow. This is seriously the best iced coffee I've had in ages. It's cold dripped making the taste divine (instead of brewing normally and making cold (see also bitter)). The service isn't typical New Orleans friendly at all, but the coffee is seriously worth it.

Good coffee! Because they use "French Truck Coffee" which is created by coffee lovers for coffee lovers (as long as you like French style coffee...acidic etc). Great environment, good service, barista seem to know what they're doing. Great place to study/work & sip on some deliciousness... Although the seats are slightly uncomfortable for Tall people...high back that leans in...huh... Still wouldn't stop me from frequenting this place!

Staff is friendly and efficient. The coffee is ok. I only come here to study so the wifi helps. The old building and limited outlets can be a hassle at times. This place is great so small group events like game night etc.

The location has great atmosphere and architecture conducive for writing or thinking. The service is so-so; baristas are generally laid back and friendly. The products could use some improvement. This is the kind of place that could do gourmet and specialty coffee easily. Overall, one of my favorite places.

Coffee's okay and the pastries can be great, but they're often stale, unfortunately. Many of the staff are punk-rockers, which is silly, but the reason to come is for the atmosphere. Grand old building with a balcony and green-shaded library lamps at many of the tables. Classical music during the day, oldies and do wop most evenings. Great for writers and thinkers.
