Are you drinking enough water? Dehydration can make all of your anxiety worse, which makes you fear your anxiety more in the future. Drink water, often, and consider switching out all of your sodas and other beverages for a nice glass of water.

Social media is creating its own problems. If you have children, make sure they know about problems with terms like "Thinspo" - the belief that looking at bone-thin bodies inspires weight loss. It doesn't, but parents don't know about the damage it's causing.

If you have social anxiety, one of the first things to do is get comfortable with yourself when you talk. Ideally you practice with people, but if not, try having a loud and powerful conversation with yourself in the mirror. Learn to speak up. Practice. Even with something as complex as social comfort, practice can make perfect.

Eating healthier doesn't necessarily stop anxiety. But what it does do is help you feel your best physically, and the better you feel, the less stands against you.

Anxiety creates chemical reactions in the brain that make it feel "normal." But anxiety can also be cured. So the question is, how can you convince yourself that your brain is wrong, and that you can be anxiety free?

Don't believe anyone that says caffeine creates anxiety. Significant caffeine can affect anxiety, and caffeine does make you more alert so that your mind has an easier time thinking about anxiety, but caffeine itself does very little. There is some evidence it may even be GOOD for anxiety.
