I haven't lived here for a full year yet, but so far my experience has been pretty positive. The staff is very nice and helpful, maintenance is pretty responsive and gives you a time frame when they will try and come, it's very convenient and close to everything, and the pool is nice. I don't think they should be considered luxury apartments because they are older (with some updated features), they will increase your rate by a lot if you plan on resigning your lease ($100), you can hear the neighbors walking up and down the steps, and we have had some bug issues but they will spray for you if you ask. Overall I have enjoyed living here and plan to live here for at least another year.

For the last 2 years I have been very happy with my home here at Wellington. The staff is friendly, the other residents are also very nice. The property is always kept clean and I have never had an issue when I needed to place a work order or get in contact with the office.

Apartments are very outdated and need upgrades through out. The size and floor plans are the only quality to the units themselves. Staff is nice and helpful. No sense of " Luxury" by any means.

The friendly staff was the reason I decided to live here months age. No other property agent/sales ask me about my needs (not my budget) first except Meredith, the manager at Wellington Place. The location is very convenient almost everything for daily life is within 10 minutes drive or even in walking distance. The neighborhood is safe since many families with school-year kids live next to each other, that sometimes generate "acceptable noise". In-room facilities are not brand new but the maintenance staff does good job to keep them function well.

The staff is great but the apartments have very old windows and plumbing and aren't sealed well to keep out bugs and cold/hot air. I have to spray for ants and pill bugs regularly and in winter the bugs won't be a problem but the high cost to heat will since it's not sealed/insulated well. The flooring is a weird fake wood panelling that is glued down and it was a very poor job. The place really needs an overhaul not just a couple new light fixtures and a newer fridge to be considered "upgraded" as they like to impress here. I love the location as it's easy highway access and easy businesses.....grocery etc. I have decent neighbors, although one always takes up my extra parking space in front of my door which annoys me bc they have overflow and use more than their 2 allotted spaces and won't park in the visitor spaces further away. All in all it's a decent place to live, i am happy enough here and plan on staying a few years.

We have just moved into the apartment, but we are very happy. The staff are so nice. It is a breath of fresh air living here compared to our old residence. The neighborhood is great. There are so many great places to eat. The apartment complex is so close to the highway. So far, I have really enjoyed my stay at Wellington Place Townhomes. ***********************Updated************************************ There has been a lot of turn over recently with management and staff. The manager never returns one's phone call and first Billing is such a rip off with all the extra fees. Also first Billing Customer service is terrible. I can never find anyone to speak to. Normally when I had a problem, management at Wellington would get first billing figured out. Meredith and Chelsey were the best!

I recommend Wellington Place to anyone that is looking to live in a nice and quiet location, along with plenty of things to do. There are a lot of places to shop, eat, schools, 71 North and South, church and a gas station that is walking distance from the apartments. I have never had an issue with noise from neighbors or crime for that matter. The only I will say is Wellington Place can be a little pricey BUT you cannot put a price on a quiet, safe and convient location.

Overall, not terrible. Outdated and old, the townhomes are showing their age terribly and need a major overhaul. The staff is friendly and will make you feel at home. You can hear the highway and surrounding businesses.
