Really good burger place! I love how modernized the decor is for a gastropub. The chicken sandwich and all the burgers are really good though I still think the leather ketchup on the burger (which is a fruitt roll up like texture of ketchup) is very weird. On the other burgers there is "cheese two ways" which is this really crispy cheese that is almost like a crunchy chip. Honestly I would prefer just having reg ketchup and cheese on my burger, but I give them credit for trying to be unique. this location is more spacious than the sawtelle location so that might be appealing to you. I've been to both and I can't say that there is much difference in quality from one to the other. I like the atmosphere at this one much better though. Both have really good beer selections as well. I wouldn't recommend getting the chicken wings. I thought they were dry but maybe that was just my experience. There isn't much parking besides street parking. If you live close by and want to avoid the hassle, taking a cheap uber might be the way to go.

Great service and welcoming ambiance. The food is inventive and did not disappoint. Ordered the beets, beef cheeks, polenta, gnocchi, and octopus. The beets were inventive and so delicious. The cheeks were melt in your mouth and much better than most steaks I've ever had. The polenta with bone marrow and the egg yolk gnocchi were so interesting and beautiful and just melts in your mouth. The servings sizes were just right so it's good to order more than one plate per person to share. Definitely a wonderful experience!

I've had Ink bookmarked for quite some time after hearing that the winner of Top Chef Masters opened this restaurant in Los Angeles. Finally, for my birthday, I had the opportunity to check Ink out and I am definitely impressed. My boyfriend had no trouble getting a reservation on a weekday. I heard though that weekend reservations can be a little tough to snag. We were seated right away when we walked in and the restaurant was pretty full. The ambiance is fairly casual for a $$$$ restaurant. The waiter suggested 2-3 dishes per person as they are a little smaller in size and meant to be shared. We ended up with 5 dishes but I felt like it was a little too much for us. We didn't even have room for desserts. My favorite dish of the night was the flat iron steak. The steak was tender and flavorful. It's served with a seaweed mashed potatoes. At first I thought thi sounded like it would be disgusting but it's seriously one of the best mashed potatoes I've had. We received that dish last and I was stuffed but still somehow found a way to eat it. I really loved the lollipop kale dish. This dish really surprised me. The kale wasn't tough to eat and I really enjoyed the flavor and texture of the dish. The crispy-fried pig's ear really gave it a nice crunch. The sauce that the kale is served in has a nice tart flavor that really complimented the dish. The hamachi dish was delicious and the sauce was pretty amazing. We ordered 2 other dishes that I enjoyed but didn't truly blow me away: the Octopus and the Gnocchi. The grilled octopus itself was delicious but I would have liked more of that than the green pasta that it was served with. The dish was also a little too salty for my taste. The gnocchi was interesting indeed. The center of the gnocchi was filled with gooey egg yolks. As a connoisseur of egg yolks (no such thing really but I really like egg yolks), I should have gone crazy for this dish but I didn't feel like the mushroom sauce complimented the gnocchi very well. Overall though, the experience was great and I really enjoyed both the food and the service. There are several dishes that I read rave reviews about that we didn't get to try this time so hopefully I'll be back to try them at some point.

Sandwiches are quite small for the price tag. However, the quality is good but I would skip ordering the BANH MI....unless you don't know what a traditional banh mi sandwich tastes....then I think it'll be safe to order his. I thought the spicy pineapple ($3) was a waste of money. Better off ordering fruit from the carts on the sidewalks!

Great food, small portions, explosion flavors, great cocktails, and a great staff (both front and back of the house) are all what you can expect when dining here.

The small-portioned sandwiches are exquisite. Beautifully imagined, fresh, and artfully executed. The chips are flavorful, crisp and artisanal. The prices are so cheap it's almost funny, especially for pricey West Hollywood. However, the staff tires to imitate the vibe fresh-tattooed insouciance of Voltaggio's other restaurants, and it ends up reading like outward hostility. For example, there's an Asian guy with tattoos who comes out of the kitchen and hands people their food who would just as soon kill you. Humorless, mute, with a toxic deadpan. He came out and delivered a couple of office items to an employee who was sitting in the restaurant, and the interaction was hostile, and uncomfortable to watch. What is going on here? The employee just shrugged and walked away. Patrons here are the same. The clientele is that gaunt, tattoo sleeved, pasty 30's WeHo crowd with dower looks on their faces as they wonder why they're still single. The girls here have that desperate, size zero, sour LA demeanor as they try to hide their growling stomachs. The smart patrons just order their food to go, and wait a few extra minutes before pickup, just so they don't have to deal with the cold, dysfunctional ambience inside.

What an amazing night! Our waiters were hysterical and wonderfully attentive. I never even got the chance to fill my own cup with water because someone was always filling it for me. The food was ridiculously good. I've eaten at a lot of fancy restaurants. Most of the time, I want my money back but not here. I want to go back until I eat every single thing on the menu. Darn you stomach, why can't you fit more food?? Here's a rundown of what we got: Japanese scallops, little gems (oh man, that anchovy cracker!!), polenta, the octopus (the ink shells were perfectly al dente), lamb belly, and beef cheek. Although it's really hard to pick a favorite, I would say it's a toss up between the polenta and the beef cheek. Both made me want to melt from happiness. The marrow was simply fantastic and the beef cheek was so tender you didn't need a knife. I'm going to dream about this place for months!

I have yet to be upset by this tiny sandwich shop. Came here for the bacon, egg & cheese sandwich and stayed for the plethora of tasty options. Don't be a fool, DO IT
