New Pro's is a revolving door of hopes and dreams. They speak of a class A training program, let's just say I left with something to be desired. I have worked my way up in many fortune 50 companies, which this company likes to dream that they are. Bottom line is this. If you called one of the signs that say "make $2000 to $3000 per month and you think it's too good to be true. Go with your gut instincts first befor you listen to their "over the top" sales pitch. Here's what you will be doing at New Pro's. You have a week long trianing where you will have to be tested on how you preform on reciting a 3 page sales pitch and over coming objections. Once you pass this which you will it's not hard, then you will play games to help with your time on the phone. Once on the phone they will coach you on many thing such as your voice level which is important but not critical. I have been a manager of a team of 30 reps at one time and during that time I was coach of the year 2 out of 3 years at a fortune 10 company. These managers couldnt hold a candle to the level you have to preform in this type of environment. 90% of their coaching is focused on the negatives of your preformance rather then the positives. If you like to work hard and play hard on the job this is kinda nice because they dont drug test. When you speak with other people that have been there they will paint you a picture of negativity and 0 hope for future. They have a handful of people that have been there longer then 5 years. If you want great coaching and positive reienforcement over your career don't take a chance here. There are a million other jobs that will offer you growth and a positive environment. Don't take my word for it though, do your research compared to other companies. Reviews and posts don't lie. If you need a quick buck they will pay you for training which is 10 a hour. After you start I'm not a betting man but I'm sure 99.9% of you will think this place is a joke. Getting back to the sale...You have to call business and ask them to spend 50 to 300 bucks on average for new home leads that any business can get from there local county court house for free... out of 300 calls you might get lucky and get 1 sale. Trust me I've been in sales all my life and business will think your a joke most of the time. I wish you well on your future career and always know there are better days a head but this will hurt you more then help you.
