HI! Thank you so much for your feedback. I am sorry you didn't enjoy your experience. As for our no cell phone rule, our main reason is because we want the bride to have everyone's full attention. When a bride comes out in a dress she loves and no one looks up from their phones, she is crestfallen. However, we have no problem with the bride having her cell phone with her in the fitting room, and I apologize if this wasn't made clear to you.
Sometimes customers want to see how a dress will look in photos, so we keep a camera here in the store so that we can show them if they ask for it (We would have been more than happy to take pictures for you if you wished!).We will later email them the pictures of the dress they buy, when they buy it. We do not send pictures to anyone who has not purchased their gown. When we are dressing a bride, we prefer for them to wait until the dress is on all the way and pinned to perfection so that they can get the best idea of how the dress will really look on their wedding day. The lighting in the fitting rooms is a bit darker, and can really change the color and appearance of the dress. So while we prefer for you to see it in the best lighting possible, we are more than happy to let the bride take a look in the fitting room if they ask!
As for the curtain not being completely closed, I sincerely apologize. We keep robes in the rooms for girls who are a little more modest, but the curtains really should be kept closed as well. This is something I will speak to all of the girls about, but I would love for you to give me a call so I can discuss this with you in further detail. 404-292-8424
