Kindliest request  for all to read...................................................

I respect all the implementations of our school education system which are the building blocks for the development of the education.  Our Govt. recently introduced many projects and provisions for student’s education are noteworthy. The most important aim of our education is the cent percent enrolment of students in schools.  Hence Government introduced Free and Compulsory Education for the students who are between the age group of 6 to 14.  Along with this Mid-Day Meal, Free Distribution of Bicycle for students, Scholarships, Free Distribution of Books, Stationeries, Uniforms etc, are the supportive provisions for the enrolment.
The Govt. wouldn’t limit its aim only to the enrolment but also extended it’s aim for quality education.  As we all know the quality education can only change the entire systems of our Nation. In this regard our govt.  has introduced many methods of teaching which includes Remedial Teaching, Play Way Method, Nali Kali and  Kali Nali to enrich the quality education.  We have highly qualified, well trained teachers to impart greater knowledge among students.  In spite of having such facilities, provisions and projects we are unable to stop suicide attempts of students who are running behind percentages.  There is another havoc of discrimination between below average and above average students. Psychologically it hurts and de-motivates the students who are below average.  As it is mentioned in our constitution, “ Free and compulsory Education for students who are  between the age group of 6 to 14 and of-course it also proceeds without discrimination.  Therefore, every student has the right to learn.  Learning is the fundamental right of the students. A student should only decide what to study.  A teacher or particular subject (which is pre-scribed in curriculum) cannot decide that what should be the student.  We can find three categories of students i.e., Above Average, Average and Below Average.  Wherein Below Average students suffer a lot even having interest in some other subjects.  A Below Average Student who is unable to write a single sentence has interest in some other subjects like  Sports, Arts, Designing etc,. Unfortunately we know that what is happening with such students after their Board Exams viz. X or XII.
As we have another Government Order of School education i.e.  to promote students who are below average  upto 10th standard.  Considering the following Government Order most of the schools aided, unaided and even in Government Schools, students are promoted up to IXth Standard. At this stage students may be are dropped out by institutions to maintain their 100% result.  In this case students are discriminated even if the child has interest in some other subjects. It is just the individual difference.  As we all know that the students have different IQ and grasping power and definitely interest.
The students, who are unable to read, write and speak properly, fail in their Board examinations. It is the most horrible situation for students who are failing but they  have different abilities.  We can also mention many great personalities those who have made immense difference in their life even after having least education.
In  today’s education system equal opportunities for students should be given  to enable them to stand on their own feet with their own interest.
Students should never be discriminated on the bases of their weakness. There should be no disparity between students. Though, I have some ideas for eradication of such disparity.
I think few courses should be introduced students who are below average wherein there should be no percentage of marks to be considered for admission.  The admission for such courses should be based on their interests, their achievements of course their performance.
The Courses are
1. Drawing and Painting
2. Athletic Sports
3. Music
4. Dance
5. Singing
6. Acting
7. Yoga and Meditation
8. Innovative and Creative Thinking
9. Photography
10. Cooking
11. Hospitality.
12. Decorating etc.,

To develop self-confidence and stand on their own feet, below average students can go through these courses.  With the introduction of this system, no student would run behind percentage in future.  It is also an extra-ordinary system of preventing students from wasting their time. Below average students can achieve something good in their future.  Of course with this we can also prevent students attempting suicide which is the urgent need.
