This is one of the provision that most non-lawyers forget when they write their own contracts.

Question of the Day: In what U.S. State can you you Post Nude Images Online? https://youtu.be/CBgf-NISB88

I've never heard of a state that has a blanket law prohibiting or permitting the posting of nude images online - check the applicable laws regarding decency and privacy.

Question of the Day: What do you do when a Co-Worker posts a Photo of you Half-Dressed on the Internet? I suspect there's a story behind this: https://youtu.be/nP4cOOcq2hU.

The variety of bizarre questions I get from people coming to my site is disturbing. They also make me happy that I don't find myself in similar situations.

Question of the Day: “Is it permissible to reuse someone's photo and replace the caption with one of your own?” http://bit.ly/29DzSEK

This raises a red flag for copyright, trademark, unfair competition, and possibly publicity rights. When in doubt, review your legal dos and don'ts with a social media attorney before you inadvertently get yourself into trouble.

I got sassy today - The Law Doesn't Give a F*ck About Your Feelings: http://bit.ly/2brwm1Y.
I’m not going to sugarcoat it: The law doesn’t give a fuck about your feelings. I get a lot of phone calls and emails from people who are sad, angry, afraid, or filled with regret and they ask me i…

I suspect everyone whose ever received a demand letter and bill from Getty finds this satisfying: http://bit.ly/2aG8R91.

Brand X does amazing work. There's never been a design I've brought in that they couldn't bring to life. The quality of their base shirts is awesome. They are my go-to shop for plain shirts and printed shirts. The staff is top-notch in terms of customer service, quality products, professionalism, and creativity.

Capitol Collision did an awesome job on my car. They helped coordinate repairs with the insurance company, my rental car, and walked me through the whole process. I was in a little fender bender so they were able to fix my car and repaint my bumper in one day. They also cleaned the entire interior of my car - I swear it looks better today than the day I bought it. I also love that Capitol is family/locally owned so I know my money is going right back into my community.
