Recently I've examined a lot of situations involving online reviews and whether the poster was sharing their dissatisfaction (legal) or committing defamation (illegal).

Here are some of the dos and don'ts about posting reviews from a legal perspective: http://bit.ly/1Anez5S.
When it comes to online review sites like Yelp and TripAdvisor, it may be difficult to do to determine when a reviewer is a legally sharing their dissatisfaction about you and when they are out-and...

My cell phone was virtually worthless outside my hotel on my trip to London - and it was wonderful to navigate a new city without being distracted by tech: http://bit.ly/1EXsyuV.

You have no expectation of privacy in anything you post online - regardless of your settings. That's why anyone can show your boss your FB profile and there's really nothing you can do about it: http://bit.ly/1PiFcQk.

Blogging is a great marketing tactic, but it's not a quick-fix: http://bit.ly/1QBuGkD. It can take years to build a consistent following, but it's worth it.

Legal Senior Pranks - that's probably an oxymoron: http://bit.ly/1FPjspc

So apparently the folks at Costco don't like it when you walk in with your white-board sign when you pick up your dog's medications: http://bit.ly/1GSoSkM. I'm pretty sure they thought I was special needs.

I jumped on my soapbox recently after getting a bunch of spammy emails from a company that I didn't even know - and I reported them to the Feds:  http://bit.ly/1EXvec8.

I get this question all the time: If someone sends you a photo of themselves, do you own it? http://bit.ly/1e3dGWl
The answer is yes and no.
Frequently I hear questions like, “If someone emails or texts me a photo of themselves, does it become my property?” Many people in this situation want to know if they own the photo and what they a...

What's up with the cactus-cameras in Paradise Valley? http://bit.ly/1IyEl8x I'm skeptical about how they will be used.
If you’re at an intersection in Paradise Valley and you see a saguaro cactus that looks fake, it probably is. Paradise Valley recently installed three fake cacti that contain cameras that will be s...

If you send me unsolicited spammy emails w/o an unsubscribe option, I won't hesitate to turn you into the Feds - http://bit.ly/1zwpolR.
If I meet you and you add me to your mailing list without asking my first, I’ll be annoyed but I’ll give you a few emails to show how you add value to my life. But if we’ve never met and you’re sen...

I wish the Phoenix area was more walkable: http://bit.ly/1Kx0nIm. I loved wandering around cities during The Undeniable Tour.

Brand X does amazing work. There's never been a design I've brought in that they couldn't bring to life. The quality of their base shirts is awesome. They are my go-to shop for plain shirts and printed shirts. The staff is top-notch in terms of customer service, quality products, professionalism, and creativity.

Capitol Collision did an awesome job on my car. They helped coordinate repairs with the insurance company, my rental car, and walked me through the whole process. I was in a little fender bender so they were able to fix my car and repaint my bumper in one day. They also cleaned the entire interior of my car - I swear it looks better today than the day I bought it. I also love that Capitol is family/locally owned so I know my money is going right back into my community.
