I cannot say enough good things about this service. This was my first experience with lice. From the moment I called Julie (admittedly, I was freaking out after the school called me), she started calming and educating me. The CNA/certified delouser (?) who came to our home, Deborah, was a dream. One of my kids is special needs with sensory issues and she had no problems with the process, which surprised me. I love that the products are non-toxic. I love the ongoing education and reminders. Mostly, I love the peace of mind that someone who knows what she's doing manually de-loused my kids and taught me what to do next in less than 2 hours so I don't have to keep freaking out about it and that Julie keeps checking in with more education and reminders. It was worth every penny and I'd recommend to anyone.

After comparing prices to 800-PetMeds, I feel a bit hoodwinked -- it cost twice the price to buy diabetic cat supplies from AMH. It's also taken 3 days and 2 phone calls (with 15+ minutes on hold each time) to get a prescription approved via 800-PetMeds since the faxes were ignored, so I'm guessing this is intentional price gouging. I liked the vet, I liked the staff, but I'm really disappointed by this revelation.
