Left the big banks to come here 4 years ago and have never been happier. Friendly, helpful staff, lower fees, lower rates. I like that when I call them the say, "Hi Ted!", instead of,"may I have your ss#." I have a business and personal account as well as a truck loan and a credit card (for emergencies). I highly recommend them.

I never had an issue with BoA, but was always getting reminders or threats of fees that could happen in the mail or when I signed on. It was like banking in fear. Switched to Telco about 5 years ago, and now I never worry. Friendly service at either of the branches I use and the Cash Points ATM is always free and they are everywhere!!!

I had a good experience selling my car to another person and having TELCO handle notarizing the title. I have been banking at TELCO for over 12 years and find that they are an friendly, accurate and economical place to bank.

I like the interest rates compared with other local banks plus the variety of savings accounts offered. Employees are helpful and friendly. I do, however, have an issue with way bill pay is set up compared with other banks and credit unions I have used. Because I deal with one company with 2 different account numbers, I need to know when I am paying that I am putting the money in the correct account. The account number does not show up on the bill pay app and there is no where I can note what account is for, so I probably will have to pay the second bill for the account by check. This is the 1st time in ten years of using bill pay where I haven't been able to see the account number of description when paying the bill.

Have been banking with them for a little over 5 months now and breathe much easier knowing I'm not getting charged just for owning an account every month. The walk-in banking experience is pleasurable and the staff on had are very friendly. If you do a lot of on-line banking, they have a great user interface and more control than other commercial banks that I've used.
