I love this place... Good atmosphere, lots of ppl coming and going and good location to sit outside and enjoy the weather. The food is good, I like to go for lunch as its a healthy and tasty option.

Terrible experience. Me and my family walked one and a half blocks to get frappachinos and they didn't have them. I am never going to that Starbucks again.

I've come to this Starbucks in South Beach the MOST out of any other Starbucks in Miami and as of today, 05/10/2015, I've never been prejudicely insulted and brow beaten with UNFRIENDLY, UNPROFESSIONAL and RACIALLY BIASED disrespect at any location such as this Starbucks on approximately 1201 Washington ave at this particular store by the oldest male barista (Hispanic). I came into the store around 11 AM's time frame with a relative of mine, that the aforementioned barista gave the glare of death to instantaneously as we entered the shop; this look that the spoken of Hispanic male barista that gave my cousin the severely rude and intimidating stare would've never had been done thus any other reason but of my cousins ethnic background and physical appearance. The barista never mentioned anything as my relative and myself both sat down to charge our phones that had died. My cousin left to go retrieve some equipment for his audio speaker for work while I waited his return chatting with the young lady sitting next to me concerning school work, career goals and life relationships. The young lady stepped out around 12 PMs time frame for a phone call with my phone when the aforementioned, disrespectful, racist barista unbeknownst to me, sat literally right next to me on a barstool spying on me privily in secret while I sat on the arm-chair couch at this time letting the young lady charge her dead phone up since she didn't have a charger. The issue began immediately outside of the window infront of the barista and behind me, two ladies passed by that the barista nodded at in a gesturing 'hello' as if he knew them and I merely looked at the two ladies which sent this barista into a emotionally angered frenzy to where he stood up with a extremely disgruntled look on his face, 'death glaring' at me saying "you sit down here and no buy nothing you cannot do that thing and be here you buy something now or you will have to-" when I justifiably cut him off as he begin his temper tantrum tirade of unprofessional emotions in front of all the patrons in the Starbucks store simply with "-if you want me to buy something (which most in the store didn't and were just using the Wi-Fi like many people do at Starbucks, if they're not reading a book, news or chatting with a acquaintance) just ask me and I will. You don't have to glare at me as if I did something to you and I never seen you a day in my life, I purchase items at Starbucks all the time on a consistent basis. I've recently achieved the golden level member status. I was going to get a happy hour frappucino during happy hour. I don't appreciate the extremely, HIGHLY RUDE and VERY RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL tone and manner that you approached unfairly in-" and the racist barista walked off and proceeded to fetch an authority/police officer but I left before I ended being tempted into getting frustrated and producing a 'scene' by how unbiased and racistly condescending I was treated; which is why I write this complaint to Starbucks and leave this additionally as a review online.

Starbucks hasn't shared anything with you.

People are more likely to share with you if you add them to your circles.
