Just like many others here I've been screwed over by Dawn and her Cajun Farmhouse company. These guys are crooks. One of the things that drew me into purchasing from them was that it was a small family business that I stumbled upon on Craig's list. My wife told me to be careful and not bother. I should of listened. I ordered my table through Dawn on Facebook and phone, she was super nice and responsive when it came to me inquiring and purchasing a table, bench and chairs. I placed my order around March 12 and received my order April 5. She notifies me that they forgot my chairs though. Once I received my order I realized the craftsmanship was lacking in areas. There are several parts cracked, parts not painted and the table and bench weren't leveled. I also realized the design is not what I ordered. I bring that up to Dawn and she says there wouldn't be a problem getting it replaced. I told her I wanted the x design that most of her farmhouse tables looked like. I wait patiently almost a month and then contacted her pretty fed up. She then defends herself and says I ordered the wrong table, but I was going solely off their main marketing tool, Facebook. So another month goes by she says she can't send another truck because there's no orders to Houston, then says there'll be a special delivery for me, which never happened. She says a lot a things, 99% of the time is BS. Another thing is either they blocked me on Facebook or they deleted it, which is super shady. The thing is like all of the farmhouse tables have the tressle design on their page. I remember calling and talking to one of her reps and she was like no one orders the x design and that's based on their on store catalog, but on their Facebook page not all the tables are labeled tressle. During a Facebook messenger conversation, Dawn says it's basically my fault. You don't usually tell the customer they're wrong and tell them a story about how much money it would cost to get a new shipment done. You should know as a business what you got yourself into shipping out of state. I mean if their stores Facebook is still alive and well, I'm sure she made sure she went back and covered her self with those tressle hashtag labels on the ones that weren't. Also, I can't tell you how many times i called the store and ask for her and she conveniently had just left the store and I'll get a call back, which is like never. Their communication skills are horrible. So many times I've been promised to get a picture of the finished product and it fails to materialize. $810 spent and all I have to show for it is a half worked incorrect style table and bench and missing chairs valued at $300. I am a patient person usually, but this is ridiculous. Everyone who has been done wrong needs to report these guys to the BBB. I also would leave a zero star if I could.
