The atmosphere was nice. The service was smooth. I had the Chicken Piccata with spinach, capers and linguine in a lemon sauce. The Chicken melted in my mouth. Very delicious. Great place for family and business dinners as well.

I come here for the creme brulee. I had the awesome opportunity to have a bartender that wanted to pair my dessert choice with an orange liquer and it changed my life. thats the type of service, I come for

The Buy one take one special is a really good deal especially on days when i don't want to cook i have enough food to last a week. A side from that the food is really good and its one of my favorite places to come. The ambiance is nice, makes for a good romantic dinner.

This place is absolutely wonderful, and I'm not just talking about the food. Every time my family and I have to come to Atlanta my wife has to eat at this particular Maggiano's. We love it there. Our last visit on Monday 03/17/14 was no different, with one exception. My wife left her clutch wallet on the table when we left. We didn't realize it until the next morning. We called as soon as they opened and spoke with the manager about it. They had found it and put it away for us to come pick up. Unfortunately we live 5 hours away and were already home. This was were we stopped for an early dinner on the way out of town. The manager took my name and number and said he would call when the lunch rush died down to work out the details of getting it back to her. Long story short her wallet was delivered by Fed-Ex to our home and the restaurant wouldn't let me pay for the delivery cost. This is just another reason we love this particular location. The staff has always been very courteous to us and attentive. I have to go back to Atlanta again in a couple of months for work and whether or not my wife and son go with me again, I know I will be stopping here again.

This Maggiano's location is a prime lunch time spot so this review is based on going during working lunch hours. As a result, the speed of service is a very important factor. Because we had a group of 9, a reservation was made in advance. They even called bright and early the same morning to confirm the reservation. Unfortunately when we arrived we had to wait and I am not sure why. We were seated and introduced to our server who was very friendly. She advised our group that the assistant servers were in training and I appreciated being given that information before anyone's patience ran thin. We were waiting on one person before we ordered, so we requested the servers come back a little while after we received our drink orders. The drink orders arrived quickly but they were slow on getting us our bread. Our final party did arrive and the servers were slow getting back to the table to take our orders. We placed our orders and it felt as if it took some time for our orders to come out. And when they did not everyone received their dish at the same time. Overall the food was good. I ordered the Chicken Francese which is one of my favorite Italian dishes to order and I haven't had it as good here in Atlanta as I have had in NY. And that opinion still stands. The portion size was great, three pieces of chicken with the regular portion and two with the lighter version, which I had. The sauce is the winner of the dish and it was too light. I am wondering if it was because of it being a lighter version which takes away from the awesomeness of this dish. The regular version has potatoes and the light version came with pasta. Potatoes are strange as a side for an Italian dish.......maybe it's just me. I was satisfied since I was hungry but I was not blown over by the dish. Since it was my birthday, I got a birthday desert which were some cookies and a strawberry with a candle in. That was just eh.... I mean who would not rather have some cake! Overall, all though the service was slower than what I would like for lunch, everyone was very friendly and responded to requests which can add up with a group. Everyone at the table was happy with their selections and price wise it's a good deal.

I've had the food before but never been in a Restaraunt. This location had the nicest waiter and managerial staff who put in 100% effort to make me and my visiting mother's first time a very pleasant experience. Food was delish and the portions are huge for the price. I don't really have a hankering for Italian but Maggianos made me love it. The Chicken Marsala is the best I've had.

My wife went to have something to eat before we went to the movies one late afternoon. The host sat us down and the first thing we noticed was that our table needed to be cleaned. We sat there waiting for about 20 minutes and still nobody has any interest in taking our order let alone cleaning our table. So, we walked out and the restaurant manager chased us down and asked if we weren't satisfied. I advised him that we need to be served in order to offer an opinion other than we didn't get served.
