Took forever to get our soup! I ordered another soup because I knew how long they were taking and they took so long I had to take it to go. It was minature. My husband laughed and said they probably forgot your spoon and guess what, they did. Also ordered coffee and they told me their coffee machine was broken. This is a huge restaurant. I can't believe they don't have more than 1 coffee machine. Also ordered pizza and they just assumed we wanted thick crust and we didnt, but everything was taking so long we didn't dare send it back. Very sad all this happened.

As a foodie, I would hesitate to go to those big chains restaurants. And sure, the setting looks quite artificial (from the pseudo old industrial paintings to the super cheesy beer names). But I was pleasantly surprise by the quality and taste of the food. Service was impeccable as well. Just don't be on a diet, as most dishes are calory-bombs...

Love the avocado egg rolls. Good happy hour apps. A few good guest beers and their own beers are alright. With the bar was layed out a little bigger relative to the restaurant and less narrow.

One of my favorite restaurants in the city. They offer a great variety of food: steaks, ribs, chicken, fish, pasta and pizza. The drinks are wonderful! The servers are always polite and fun.

Had the crispy jalapeno burger. Was bomb! Clean restaurant. Staff is friendly and attentive. Didn't have to wait too long for a server. Love the beer selection. Good for a date or casual meal.

Very disappointed. We had reservations for New Year's Eve. Party of 13. We were seated right away. At 7:30. About 10 mins they took drink and appetizer orders. Those were brought quickly. At 8:15 our dinner orders were finally taken. We asked for refills. They never came. Our dinner order finally arrived at almost 9:30. Our refills still had not arrived. Our waitress who was clearly overwhelmed said someone was supposed to bring them. We ask for a plate for our grandson pizza. Had to ask 3 times. When the checks were brought, they were totally messed up. Fixed them twice. They were still wrong. Gave up and split the bills ourselves. I realize it was New Years Eve. But truly they've had busier weekends. We eat there quite often. There should have been at least two people waiting our table. Again we can't blame the waitress. I'm sure she did her best. But when you see two guys just walking around and doing nothing......

My dad goes into BJ's for lunch with clients all the time because of the friendly staff and the food/drink quality. Last time my dad went in there he was approached by a server by the name of Shannon. She told my dad the last time he was in there he had dropped 3 hundred dollar bills under the table when he was paying the bill (he uses a suit wallet and needs to be more careful with my inheritance - ha!). She waited with that money for a couple of weeks to finally see him and return the lost money - WOW WOW! are you kidding who does that???? Well i can tell you, her name SHANNON. My dad wrote the main office and spoke with the CEO ( my dad can get anyone on the phone its like magic) and i suspect Shannon will be getting a call shortly from the big wigs. Great job Shannon you are something we all should try to be more like - Abe Lincoln would be proud of you - i know i am.

In either a quiet corner or in the sports bar, there is a friendly pleasant atmosphere. The Tatonka Stout, Porter and the Red Ale are excellent. We have always had superior service. Great times.
